Five stars for the staff at St Joseph’s Medical Corp Encino office ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫
While I was visiting family in LA I had a problem w my Dexcom 7 sensor and unexpectedly needed a replacement.
From my first phone call to resolution….every person I talked to listened carefully to my story, asked me questions to assist in the problem solving process, and supported me throughout the process. My problem was solved and in less than 24 hours I had a new sensor in place! This was some of the kindest and most efficient customer service I have ever experienced…and I’ve been around for more than 7decades !

By mistake my recent reorder of sensors they shipped me 1 sensor that was wrong. (the other sensor was a correct one that I went ahead and used). I talked to Goretty out of the Encino office right at Fri closing time. She was so very helpful, had me send pics of the box that the wrong sensor came in. and in less than a week I had a new correct sensor in my possession. kudos to Goretty for a fine job.

Very responsive we started with another supplier of the Abbott sensor There was all kinds of issues and impossible to reach. Dr Joseph is wonderful and responsive. Don’t use another supplier
