I had my first appointment with Douglas Family Dental yesterday and it was great! Everyone on the staff was friendly and my dental hygienist, Jessica, was amazing. Very happy with how my dental cleaning went as well as the level of detail that was explained during the procedure and in response to my questions. This appointment was better than any of my previous dentist experiences. I highly recommend them!

As always my experience at Douglas Family Dental was awesome. All the staff is friendly and kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist or hygienist. I have had a huge fear of dentists all my life but they make me feel completely comfortable and at ease there.

I brought my preschool aged child in and was throughly impressed by how kind and patient they were. Reception was so kind from check in to check out. The whole cleaning experience was such a breeze too. They really took the time to talk to my child and explain everything as well as give choices on small things like toothbrush, toothpaste, and a sticker. It was nice too that they did not baby him in the process and he was extremely relaxed. I’m so thrilled to have found a dentist office close by that provides great service!

The admin team made me feel welcome. Kelly (dental hygienist) had a great balance of empathy and professionalism, and was a skilled communicator. Dr. Sidhu made me feel valued and respected as a patient and both recommended plans that would provide me with options. Jennifer (office manager) runs an efficient team and was friendly and helpful. A good beginning to what I hope will be a great smile! 👍

I just switched to Douglas Family Dental after 5 years without a dentist. The front desk staff was quick and helpful. I didn't wait in the waiting room for very long. My hygienist was very knowledgeable and gentle. I will definitely return.

Went in for my semiannual cleaning and the staff was great. Samantha as always was wonderful . She is easy to talk with and puts you at ease throughout the cleaning. She takes the time to explain what she is doing and is happy to answer any questions you may have. Met Emma at the front desk for the 1st time and she was very personable and helpful with setting up my next appointment .
