The staff at Magical Smiles are fantastic! They are pros at restoring dental health and addressing your concerns. Dr. Shripad has a true passion for dentistry and is a consummate professional. Her staff is friendly and kind, and everyone there makes a trip to the dentist a little easier with outstanding results. I won’t go anywhere else.

I love this dentist office! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They are equipped to deal with all types of people. I was literally scared in tears and they helped me through it. Great with my kids. Made my 10 year old and his multiple cavities feel safe and secure. No issues highly recommend

This place is very rude to patient's and never will bill your insurance correctly or give you an accurate price or quote for the work being done. I gave them multiple chances before having to change my dentist because of how unprofessional they are. Actually this place is so awful, I seriously hope they go out of business.

Moved to Maryland and had a hard time finding a dentist. Until I found this place. They made me feel very comfortable. Helped me when no one else would and helped me get my smile back as my front teeth were broken. Had my root canals done and then came back for crowns. They were always amazing . I only put 3 stars because I had my 3 crowns for not even 3 years and my one snapped off while I was flossing my teeth because they were filed down too thin and no post to help. They also had a guy come in to fill in the one time and he filed the wrong tooth down that wasn't supposed to be touched and they just rebuilt it with composite which is now obvi a different color then my other teeth. So now I have to fortk out hundreds more just to get a partial which sucks.

I just went to magical smiles and I will never see another dentist! My old dentist said I needed a full deep cleaning that would be thousands. Said I was filled with cavities and that I would have to get all that fixed first before getting a mouth guard for my tmj.
I go to magical smiles and they did a deep cleaning for super cheap. Said I had NO cavities! Ans sent in to see if my insurance will cover it. They hygienist Abby is so sweet and patient. I love them there

Terrible. Went twice for a loose crown around 2 yrs ago. Dentist told me that she would not remove it, and that when it fell on its own they would put it back in. Went to a new dentist this week since the crown fell out. Was told that this dentist should’ve removed it and fixed it the first time it happened, but now since it’s gotten worst it can’t be fixed and have to spend thousands of dollars getting an implant. Terrible practice and obviously very unknowledgeable about their work. Would never recommend this place to anyone and will tell others to avoid this office.

Horrible customer service. Has a same day scheduling policy. Michelle is supposedly the manager yet can’t formally answer any questions. My son has a tooth issue and they expect me to call everyday to try and get in? How is that even logical. Wants me to call around then trying to assist a child in need?! A joke. Just collecting the states money but don’t want to help anyone.
