My wife and I are extremely happy with our experience purchasing a Stair Lift from Lifeway Mobility. The people we spoke with over the phone were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Steve, the person who came to our home to provide a free estimate was wonderful. Friendly and knowledgeable, he took the time to show us videos of how the stair lift would work so we knew for sure it would fit our needs. Brian, the installer was also wonderful. Also, friendly and knowledgeable, in addition to doing a great installation he explained in detail how the lift worked, demonstrated it and helped my wife to use it. He stayed with us until we were all certain we knew how to operate it safely and properly. My wife and I are very, very pleased with Lifeway Mobility and all the people from the company that worked with us to purchase and install this Stair Lift.

Our experience with Lifeway Mobility was worthy of a 5-star rating, Steve, the salesperson was professional and personable. He gave a general explanation of the working of the stairlift, explained the cost and options and answered all of our questions. We felt like we could make an informed decision and did not feel pressured. Our installers, Jesse and Jon, were excellent, as well. They worked efficiently. showed us how to use the lift, gave me a test drive and answered all of our questions. I feel very comfortable giving this company a 5-star rating.

The installation and removal was done efficiently and in a timely manner. The workers were very courteous. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the buyback from the company is way too low. It should be at least $10 a square foot. I only used the ramp for 2 months and it is disappointing to get so little back. Debbie Patryn
