I wish that I could give this place infinite stars.

The facts that many of my reviews are equally brutal and honest and i am struggling to stay awake until I give these guys a fraction of the praise that they deserve speaks volumes.

The awesomeness began with the woman who answered my call. She minimized my intense embarrassment about crucial spares for the item that I had that would cause a horrific problem if it failed.

The store being a literal shining beacon near a faded strip mall and older Dollar General was the next nice surprise.

A man working the counter was a blessing even before his friendly compassion made a highly humiliating purchase better. His putting his own embarrassment aside and minimizing mine by agreeing to go in the bathroom with me to see what I had and the best option for a spare was well beyond the call of duty.

Having actual displays and showing me better options than my current item kept the momentum going.

The incredibly reasonable price was the icing on the cake. I had thought that merely being labelled a medical supply would have prompted a large price. I ended up paying what a large Frappuccino would have cost me.

A delivery service being available during the week is another reason for being grateful that these people are in business.

I will never consider any other business if I need medical supplies. They can slice out one of my kidneys and put it on the shelf if that helps ensure that they will be around if I need them again.

Took me a month to write a review for this establishment, and I would give more stars now that time has passed but five is all I can give.

I had taken a bow of silence for the month of October, and I had a card I had previously typed out explaining what I was doing, which I proudly gave to the lady at the desk. With my Spanish speaking mom, and my mute self, it was difficult to interact. Yet with the help of the staff, specifically the lady at the front desk (whose name I could not ask for), my mom was able to be satisfied with the service rendered and the attention provided to her. Thank you for that Alpha Surgical Inc.

Not only was service exceptional, the lady was more than willing to use google translate to help mom out, going above and beyond her kind service

I’ve been to this location several times over the years. Very nice and friendly folks working there. Always greet you and make you feel welcome. This year I had an issue with improper prescriptions, 3 times. They were helpful in giving me samples of what they required to complete my order to refer back to the doctor. I was able to converse over the phone with them also. Great place to obtain any of your surgical and orthopedic products. They take good care of you.

Customer service at its finest. I live in West Warwick, and I could not figure out why my doctor ordered my supplies from Alpha Surgeries in North Providence.
But, they handled everything, kept me informed at each step, communicated with both my doctor and health insurance company...all I had to do was pick up my supplies.
The staff was both kind and attentive. They explained everything I needed to know and more, then encouraged me to call if I have questions.
Can't get any better than that.

A broken left foot…. hating crutches, a google search brought me to alpha surgical. Everyone was so nice to me, helpful, supportive and understanding. The knee walker I rented for a month was a bargain that helped me be truly mobile and much happier in my situation! Absolutely recommend Alpha Surgical!!

Alpha Surgical is excellent! I usually receive what my nurse orders within 2 to 3 days! Far better than other companies I know of that deliver medical needs! Just keep in mind they expect a nurse or doctor to order your supplies.

Unfortunately with my medical coverage change, I can't use them anymore. Thank you for everything, guys!

Fair warning to “tall” customers purchasing compression stockings! My stockings did not fit properly and Alpha does not carry tall (nor did they mention that I might need tall when they sized me.) $35 down the drain!

The customer service at Alpha Surgical is a 10/10. They have a knowledgeable staff that are passionate about what they do! I highly recommend the Twist Neck Pillow and the Flip Pillow for neck support and back comfort.
