The moment we walked into the store, we knew immediately that THIS was a really great place. The displays, the organization of products, the cleanliness... and of course, ANDY! What a great and knowledgeable man. No pressure to buy, just lots and lots of information and choices. We brought in my wife's headgear and Andy knew right away that it was the wrong size. He suggested the correct headgear for her and we purchased it. Andy is attentive and professional. This is a great place to get your CPAP supplies!

Wow! This place is amazing. I cannot thank Andy enough. I have been super afraid/non compliant with my cpap the past 20 or so years, but Andy made me feel right at home, was super knowledgeable and super friendly. I have been dreading getting my cpap problems taken care of, but Andy was a God send. He filled me with so much info that I had no clue about. Their pricing was very good and overall my experience was very nice. I have been using the cpap for 2 nights now and it feels like I have enough energy to make it through the day without a nap, and it’s only been 2 days. Get it if you need it

While looking for a humidifier canister and mask the only other places I found were several times more expensive and out of stock or they wanted to sale me a newer machine.
Andy was very helpful and worked with us on everything we needed and even gave us a couple of options we were not aware of. Thanks very much to Andy and we will definitely be back when we need more parts.

I can’t speak highly enough about Andy and Valley CPAP. Andy is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. His service is exemplary. Andy explains everything throughly and being so knowledgeable is able to offer alternatives and compare products. I purchased a ResMed Mini this past week and wouldn’t consider purchasing elsewhere. Not only did Andy fully explain that product but also reviewed my AirSense 11 CPAP. The shop is well stocked and organized. Valley CPAP and Andy deserve at least 6 stars.

The people here are so helpful. I went to a sleep study clinic and was diagnosed and given a CPAP machine five years ago but never got fitted properly by them or informed as well. Stopping here today and picking up a new mask, This guy actually made me confident that I can use a CPAP machine moving forward. He gave me 10 times more information than I received from the sleep study clinic. Highly recommend if you’re having a problem using a CPAP machine to go inside here and talk to them because they will really break down all your choices and what works best.

Went there yesterday to get a new mask. My original model was discontinued so I didn't know what to get. Andy was very knowledgeable and very patient. He explained the option, took some measurements, and found a perfect fit for me in no time. If have a CPAP machine or need one, this is the place to go and all your supplies.

Absolutely fabulous customer service. First time I called them they were closed that day but Andy made a special trip in to help me. He is very knowledgable, friendly, and you could not ask for a better experience.
