I moved to Florida in 12/21 after living there for 15+ years. The landlord Jim could not of been more helpful, empathetic and connected to his tenants. You will never find a landlord that takes as great care of his property making many improvements since buying this apartment complex. I can't come up with any negative comments even after living there as long as I did. If there is an available apartment look no further- grab it. Pam G
