I’d give this clinic negative stars if I could. The wait was always 2+ hours. The staff was not nice and COVID safety protocols were not enforced. Horrible care, including asking for unnecessary lab work that was not discussed ahead of time and then billing it improperly. Several issues with overcharging/gouging. And then getting even more bills from the hospital itself on top of the clinic. Again, this insane cost FOR SUBPAR CARE. This place is a disgrace to the vulnerable population it allegedly serves.

The WAIT IS RIDICULOUS! I got here at 1:54pm for a 2:00 appointment. They finally called my name at 3:06 pm. Been in the room since 3:15... it’s now 3:43 , no doctor , no nothing !!!

But I must say , the doctors are good and pretty nice .

These people suck! I thought I was going to die on the op table during delivery because they changed my Dr. like 3times in the last trimester while I was scheduled for a c-section because of high risk pregnancy.. I was lied to in the beginning when I was told I was unqualified for benefits by one of the nurses but 6 months later I was told by my insurance that I could still receive those particular benefits.. They never answer the phone.. My Rx are always screwed up and it takes months for them to be fixed.. They NEVER see you on time for appoiments or even close to it considering the wait time has never been under an hour and have never been there for less than 3 hours total so the whole day is dedicated to f***ed service.. I should've went with LSU at their nice new facility and the attendings they get from highly rated hospitals like touro but I had more history with Tulane so I was like f*** it.. Ultimately I had a smooth delivery at lakeside but f*** the healthy mothers clinic.. I would suggest going with a more intimate clinic like on broad st. or something so the stress of going to healthy mothers doesn't cause you to potentially kill you or your baby or induce miscarriage.

The worse clinic I have ever been too ! The wait is outrages! I’m sorry I even chooses this clinic! If I could this clinic would definitely get negative stars !!!

My wife goes here every two weeks. It's always backed up. I don't think anyone ever gets seen on time, and we're always there for a minimum of 3 hours. Atleast 45 mins just in the waiting room. Also never try too call this place, they never pick up the phones.
