After a few failed attempts and frustrating experiences with J&B Medical, I was lucky enough to finally talk to someone wonderful!
Thank goodness for JULIE B! She is amazing and has been incredibly helpful. She is a breath of fresh air and has completely renewed my experience with J&B Medical. Where I use to feel like I couldn't get ahold of anyone, it is such a pleasant change to have someone who returns phone calls quickly and goes above and beyond to help. She eliminates all of the stress I use to feel when I needed to speak to someone in regard to needed prescriptions. Thank you so much Julie "Proactive!" Your understanding, kindness, attentiveness and ability to make the sometimes-tedious conversations enjoyable deserves more than 5 stars!

We had lots of issue with the company, my dad's doctor placed the order in January, til April, there was no shipment. First, we missed 1 call from the nurse, then it took me maybe 10 calls to retune the phone call, I still couldn't get hold of her. A customer service representative helped me to reach out to the nurse supervisor.
Then it took another 2 month for the prescription department to fax over one form. In between, I had to call maybe 20 times just for them to fax the form. It was never taken care of, I had to file a complain with the resolution department. The customer service didn't want to help me file the complaint til I insisted.
Once I got a call from resolution department, things were moving nicly and smoothly. Abigail read all my phone history notes, she knew exactly what happened. She was on top of things. She followed through and kept me posted. Abigail is very professional. She knows what she is doing. She cares about the customers. She gave me her direct number for anything; and she meant it.
Abigail is a golden person and she is super smart. Thanks to her help, we didn't have to switch to another company start over again. That's how powerful how this person's kindness can change a desperate situation into a 5 star service. Thank you resolution department! Thank you so much Abigail!

There can be lots of misunderstandings and unpleasant conversations with their customer service. However, we are very lucky to have this one person, Abigail to help on a few different occasions. She is a very organized, caring, efficient, and super smart young lady. She never gives up on customers. Abigail is the reason that we stayed with JB medical.

We have not received any supplies for the past 3 months.They've been shipping them to florida. And essentially have done nothing to correct it, exept tell me that I'll get them this month! For 3 months now. While still billing Medicare n medicaid. So now I have to wait another 3 weeks.

I bought a house and the previous residents must have been ordering medical supplies from this company because I keep getting large boxes from them for another person at my address. I've called, no one ever picks up. I've left voice-mail after voice mail telling them to stop sending supplies here, that person no longer lives here, and they just keep sending boxes. And they are big boxes. Just pick up the phone guys or stop sending me boxes! What kind of an operation are you running over there?

This company may have a decent product; however that's all they have. Their customer service department is 1 of the worst. Very few know how to do their job. Supervisors cant even confirm orders. Customer service seems to always have an attitude when you call. Maybe it's the work environment? All this company has given me is a headache after almost 5yrs no product is worth all this company has put me threw. My advice find another company!

This place is awful! My doctors office sent over a prescription for my daughter multiple times and they still haven't processed her order and just canceled it. I wish I knew another company to go through because this place is so awful. The customer service is awful if you can get ahold of anyone at all.
