My experience with Abigail’s was pleasant. When I arrived and I was checked in for my appointment, they were friendly and helpful. The person that handled my appointment was knowledgeable and kind. She took measurements to make sure I was getting the right sized compression garment even though I had previously ordered through them and thought I could just request replacements of my previous order. Through my interaction with the trained personnel I learned that I had not been using the proper glove and provided me with the right garment which I must say is so much more helpful for my problem than what I had previously used. I also learned some helpful information regarding wearing the compression garments at nigh - you aren’t supposed to and I did not know that! She also recommended a nighttime sleeve that I could wear at night that wouldn’t make my heart work so hard. Thank you!

They told me my compression stockings would arrive in three days; It's been 10! The girl was very flippant about their importance too. First she said they were coming from Minnesota, then she said they were coming from Tennessee; get your story straight! She actually said " I'll just give you the tracking number so you can keep track of it yourself". UNBELIEVABLE!!!
