This branch is beyond unprofessional. To be clear, I've done business with the North Seattle branch and had zero problems whatsoever with their service. I received my machine. It's fine. The problem is Norco Everett have refused, despite my talking to them MANY times over the phone, to give my insurance a price for the machine.

My insurance cannot determine how much to cover, which in turn means the actual cost to me has been in limbo for HALF A YEAR. While my insurance keeps sending me requests for information I do not have, Norco has been ignoring my repeated requests to simply give the insurance people a number.

It's gotten to the point where my insurance has threatened to close the claim, meaning I would have to pay the total cost despite having coverage. The situation is absolutely infuriating. And every time I call Norco about it, someone there tells me they'll send an e-mail to whomever takes care of this, and every time they apparently add a little note about the situation to my account and then NOTHING HAPPENS.

This is ridiculous. It should have been resolved months ago. My review of Norco Everett is to avoid it like the plague. This has legitimately been one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. It almost feels deliberately spiteful because it seems impossible that a functioning business could be this consistently incompetent and unprofessional.

Update: Norco called me to apologize about the lack of communication, and to correct the problem, they already had the walker out on a truck to be delivered. It was here within 20 minutes of hanging up the phone. I appreciated the phone call and apology. They were very polite and concerned. I also received other equipment from them and never had a problem getting it. They are back on my good side, lol!
I called to see if they had received my referral and was told no, so I had my dr send it a second time. I called back again and was told no, they still didn't have it. So I waited and called early the next morning. The lady told me no, it had not been received. I said we'll that's weird. My drs sent it in two times now." So she says, "Let me check the que." You would think she would have done that before telling me no. She goes on to tell me no again and then says oh wait a minute, there you are."" I will get this processed quickly and give you a call back so you can pick it up. I said great can I have someone else pick it up?" I need it right away." She yes, no problem. So, about 4:40 pm, I call back to find out what's going on with it so I or someone else can go pick it up. We'll it's been ready but no one bothered to call me. And apparently they close at 5 pm and are not open on the weekend. So now I have to wait till Monday in order to receive my walker. I just had knee surgery. The crutches are not working. I'm very unstable on them, sorry, let's hope I don't hurt myself in the next couple of days. I'm definitely not happy with the customer service with this company. And for a medical supply company to not be open at all on the weekend seems completely crazy to me. Not everyone can get time off to deal with medical supplies. I will be making sure none of my stuff is referred to Norco anymore, and anything currently with them will be transferred elsewhere.

My 90 yr old mother is now required to use supplemental oxygen. Once she was stable enough to move back to her apartment, we were told to call Norco and set up her home unit. Once I made the call, I was expecting to wait hours, but within the hour Charles showed up. What a wonderful experience! Charles was so kind and thorough, walking us through the process and patiently explaining how this worked and gave us a bunch of useful tips. I can't thank him enough, kudos to Charles!!

I had a wonderful experience! Thank you to Tova who was very polite and patient with me. I wish I could remember the ladies name that helped me when I purchased some cpap wipes because she too was polite! She had my back when my paratransit driver was about to leave me! Lol and called me Aunty! She had much respect! 🤣💖

It took me a month, but I'm finally writing this review from my most recent visit to Norco in Everett. I've been getting CPAP supplies from them for almost 10 years. 2 years ago my son started his sleep therapy with a ResMed AS10 from this location. Days before the 2 year point, the motor on his machine started making this obnoxious whining noise. I stopped by at 4pm on a Thursday with my son to see if they could fix it. There wasn't much of a line (awesome) and about 30 minutes later we left with a new Resmed AS11 machine, water chamber and hose (even more awesome)!! After checking her stock, the boss lady explained that they didn't have any of the older units to swap out. She said they would upgrade him to a new machine at no charge. She took great care of my son and answered all his questions. Thank you Deanna for the excellent customer service!

Norco, Please treat oxygen therapy as urgent not optional. The equipment provided to me failed within 3 hours and a replacement unit was not available for two days. Unacceptable.

Terrible company!! My insurance approved a medical device for me but Norco would not deliver it because they said it wasn't "cost effective" to do so. I live just four miles away from them! I cannot pick it up due to my disability, therefore, I have to go without. What lousy service!
