The Nurse Mei is extremely rude when answering the phone. She is impatient and has a horrible attitude to the patient either for the test result or scheduling inquire. I would recommend South Cove to start recording the calls and see how their employees are talking to the patients on the phone and access for quality.

After visiting this site multiple times, I want to say that it’s a great health center with an informative and kind front desk staff and helpful doctors. While the doctor might seem a bit rushed at times, I understand the number of patients he or she has to see each day, and that doesn’t significantly impact my view of their service.

Worst experience ever. The front desk people were chatting around with loud voice so it takes more than 1 hour to check in, then another wait time to wait for my doctor. Don’t recommend it.

The worst service that I have never ever had before. At the day for my first doctor visit, they told me it is a $100, you can pay cash. I told them to go through with my insurance. Then, I see a $356 bill on my insurance portal. It is the way higher than regular hospital. Also, when I call back asking for the details, they keep transfer me to different people but none of them can answer the question! One of the people told me, the $100 is the visit day's deal! but later, she changed her word. Don't ever go there if you have better option.

I went to the hospital for an examination yesterday. I waited in the doctor's office for about 20 minutes. The doctor just came in. Come in and ask me where to look. I haven't finished a word yet. The expression on her face is impatient! I still listened patiently to her. When I talked about my situation, she kept interrupting me and kept me from speaking. I have never met such a bad doctor. If you don’t listen to the patient, you have been teaching the mother to the child. I couldn't bear it at the time. Walked out of her office. Give up this visit. She is not qualified as a doctor. After meeting this person, I felt very bad. Why is it so difficult to see a doctor. Wait a few months for the appointment time. Finally waited until the time. Surely there are such people as doctors. It's the patient's misfortune

Just want to say Dr.Chia Wen Lee (李嘉雯)is an impatient and not responsible Doctor, talking with bad attitude every visit. Won't see her but hopefully new patient can avoid her. Besides her，all the other staff are nice and helpful！

Brought my son in to be seen within 30 minutes before they close. 21 month old with a fever and sick. Instead of being welcomed they tried to get rid of me and my wife. Talked about his nationality...half Chinese/half American. 6 different women walking around and not one could check his vitals. Just the best way to get us out the door. What's wrong with the medical field these days. Avoid this place!!

The person at the front desk greeted us when we walked in, and directed us to go to the check in desk. After checking in, we waited 30 mins in the big waiting area to see the doctor. There’s tv to entertain you while you wait. We spent 15 mins with the dr.
Parking - huge lot, perfect!
New building!
I don’t think they have pediatric there.
Overall a very pleasant experience. Wish we didn’t have to wait 30 mins.
