I think it's a lack of responsibility towards the patient. I went to the lab to do my tests, including the test to find out the sex of my baby, and they simply forgot that I had to take blood for that. I confirmed with the doctor the request for the test because I had a date set for my son's gender reveal party. The worst part is that they blamed me for not signing the request. You guys are clowns and you just thwarted my happy moment.

Not well run at all. Long waits to schedule appt and long waits once you’re here. My longest waits at urgent care rival the shortest waits here. No clue what they’re doing in terms of patient relations. Avoid if you can.

I scheduled an annual physical with a new PCP at CHA since my previous PCP moved. I thought it was going to be straightforward. I was very wrong. It turned out to be a nightmare and had to waste hours with the billing department due to them using the wrong code with the insurance which costs me hundreds of dollars, and they refused to correct it even though they admitted that the code was wrong—I absolutely do not recommend CHA as a medical provider.

Update: Owner responded saying they will look into it, but no actions were taken.

Very bad place, trying to schedule my physical exam about two years, they always tell me they don’t have anything open for annual exam. I told them change my doctor give me any other doctor they said no, you have to call every day to check if anything open, very bad situation also very rude customer service they don’t care about your health and it’s hard to reach. just stay away from that place it’s nightmare.

Been here since I was born. It’s a caring place for the most part depending on the doctor. I also used to get random doctors depending on the availability . Don’t be scared to shop around till you find someone compatible.

Had Dr agata at first but switched over to an amazing doctor after she made a very off putting comment early in my pregnancy. The care of my new doctor’s team is top notch.

I arrived for my appointment on-time. The admitting desk person thanked me 3 times for being on-time. Within a few minutes of arriving I was called by the medical assistant.I followed her, she did her thing, and told me a doctor would be with me soon. Forty-five minutes later I left. I can't believe I was sitting in that room and not in a "pop-in" to see how I was doing (my already high BP was probably skyrocketing). I don't think anyone cared as I never received a courtesy call.

Visiting Malden's CHA was an extremely positive experience. The place is impeccably clean and organized, providing a pleasant and welcoming environment for patients. The team of attendants is exceptionally attentive and professional, always willing to help and clarify doubts with patience and cordiality.

An additional point that deserves to be highlighted is the presence of a pharmacy on site. This greatly facilitates the lives of patients, who can get their medicines right after the consultation, without having to go elsewhere. This care and convenience make the experience even more satisfactory, reinforcing the center's commitment to the health and well-being of its patients.

I have had some frustrating experiences here with only one aspect of my medical needs. I go to various other practitioners for other issues. The Center has been so poorly equipped to help me, and I feel that it didn't do enough to help with additional options. I have no beef with any one person - it's the way the system is set up for a person with my needs. I feel worse off than before.
