Starting a new veterinary hospital was scary and choosing the right equipment was a major decision. James @ Seneca was phenomenal. He got me the blood analyzers I wanted in practically new condition…for a price that I could afford. He made sure that everything arrived perfectly and was there when I needed help with the set up. He actually answers the phone when you call him - not just during the sales period - but even after the sale is said and done. Seneca allowed me to start my veterinary hospital without cutting corners on equipment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I purchased a class 4 robotic laser from James this week and I am very pleased with this laser and with the level of service that I received. James is an exceptional human being and went above and beyond my expectations. For context purposes, I have never dared to purchase instrumentation third party; however, as a new startup laboratory manufacturers were not willing to extend me lines of credit nor realistic terms and conditions. With that being said, I didn't have much of a choice but to go the third party route. Luckily for me, I met James at Seneca Healthcare Supply and he was able to procure everything that I needed while providing complete transparency and outstanding customer service. Have purchased a couple lab analyzers from Seneca, and have been extremely happy with them. Very knowledgeable group, and extremely quick to answer inquiries and offer support. Despite being well outside any warranty period, Seneca continues to be very helpful and quick to answer any questions (like today, 5 years from my original purchase, which is what prompted me to write this review). Will definitely check with Seneca for equipment purchases in the future.
