My mom called a couple other places to inquire about a new CPAP. She told me how incredibly rude her experiences were. The customer service was terrible. Then she called CPAP & Supplies and had an amazing call. She made sure to tell me how great they made her feel and didn’t make her feel dumb when she asked questions. She said the gal was SO NICE on the phone. She went ahead and ordered with them. It is amazing what great customer service can do to a person’s mood and day. I didn't know that if I wanted to return the machine I would have to do it within. I also didn't know that it was a rent to buy deal. I have found it hard to contact them. After I paid my bill I was locked out of the app.I have no way of knowing if the CPAP machine is still working properly or not. I'm not sure if I actually, need it. I feel like I'm paying for a piece of equipment that I can't afford or use.

I've just recently been diagnosed with sleep apnea, and was advised to visit here for a CPAP machine. I worked with CC who was able to get me setup on a machine and mask so that I could start on therapy with it. I had a few problems with my first machine, but they were able to swap me to a new machine within the same week and everything has been great since!

The front desk staff is very friendly both over the phone and in-person, the office feels cozy, and the process of trying on masks and getting familiar with the machine was both swift and informative.

I highly recommend visiting here for anyone needing a new machine/accessories, or wanting to switch DME's.

The staff treats you great, but I want to change my supplies and they can't get what I want. First they were out of everything. Several months later I pick out what I want from their display. It was not in stock and that was over 2 weeks ago. I have told them I need new/different head gear because my current gear is giving me headaches! I told them that several months ago.

The people inside are friendly. My only real complaint is that there was a clerical error and have been sent the wrong cushion replacement.

Of the three or four cpap suppliers in Wichita, this is the only one that did it and completed it in about a week compared to others who I've been waiting on since August, it is currently the last day of March.

Great company!! Very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone I've talked to or worked with there has been nothing but help in my new Cpap adventure. I got used to it right away and it stopped my snoring, my blood pressure is lower and I no longer aspirate. Thank you so much for your help!!

The employees are more than nice but the prices told and prices charged were different and then wanted to charge me double the msrp and their justification was only that they have customer service.
