My wife order personal supplies for her mother and the cost of that bills was 106.00 and explain to employee that don't sent package through ups services because it was going be too much. So the employee said they was going to sent through there vehicle and it would be only 10 dollar we said ok. Three day later ups truck show up and 68.00 dollar delivery charge on bank on top of 106.00. I believe this company is rip off people who could effort 174.00 for two item. Her insurance doesnt pay for any thing like those items so we had to pay out of pocket Please don't use this company they will use 89 yrs old ladies and you could be next. They will not get my business no more.

This company is the worse company the I get the supplies for my disable son they charge to the insurance doble for they mistake sending the wrong orders for months I call them and they act like they sorry but they do not fix the issues every month is the same story the computer pick the wrong ticket this is so ridiculous I give one star because is not cero star because that what this company deserves they take advantage for the disabled people but not my family member I stand up for hem not matter who they are because he deserves respect like everyone sorry is you do not like my review but is the truth how I feel to you company 😤😡
