Scott has been the most helpful person I could have found. He agreed to work on my Aunt's Jazzy wheelchair while under warranty even though we had purchased elsewhere (only charging labor which is understandable.)
He was timely and kept me informed thru the entire process. Even let me know when parts had been shipped from the factory.
Scott provided what I consider to be excellent

I have known Lela professionally, for approximately 10 years. I am a Occupational Therapy Assistant and know that custom wheelchair ordering is her passion. I know she works with clients in a variety of settings, mostly Skilled nursing facilities. She is detailed and wants what is best for the client, for them to be as mobile and independent as possible. She takes the client and family through the process of why we're ordering a certain feature and how it will benefit them. She displays genuine compassion and respects the person that she is helping. I HIGLY recommend her.

I have also worked with Scott, the owner, briefly. I am impressed with his insight on wheelchair repair, and his commitment to do what it takes for his customer to be satisfied with the product. He knows wheelchairs.

What an amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and competent staff. I called and described the damage to a wheelchair I needed fixed. Sheri provided me with steps to get it evaluated and time estimates if parts needed to be ordered. When I arrived she immediately took wheelchair to Nick who fixed the issue and replaced the damaged part within 15 minutes. All at a reasonable price! Thanks to the Starr Medical Supply team for the help.

I broke my foot while traveling and could no longer use the crutches it was just too painful. I was sitting at a rest stop near Manhattan Kansas and thought of looking up a medical company I called Star medical company and the lady that answered the phone was absolutely wonderful. She went and made sure they had a knee walker that I could purchase. And help me with directions as to where they're located I arrived to Star medical and was treated wonderfully by the three ladies working in the office they're very compassionate. I am very thankful for their service and II am very thankful for their service and highly recommend this medical supply company

Lela is one of he most personable, friendly, funny, dedicated people that I have ever met. She definitely goes above & beyond to ensure that the situation in hand is handled the best possible way. I was wanting to rent a scooter for use at a convention. I called four months before the meeting. They couldn't confirm if they would have a scooter for rent and to check back closer to the time I needed it. It is now a month and a half before my meeting and still they can't promise anything. How can you advertise scooter rental when you can't rent one. Very poor business practice. False advertising and poor customer service. I would give no stars if possible
