I went today to get set up for a with CPAP. I was told by the other location that buying a refurbished CPAP would be more affordable for me and that insurance would cover all the tubing, masks, etc. When I arrived, Shyenne greeted me and got me checked in right away. Julia, the Respiratory Therapist, came and got me and patiently showed me all the parts, steps, and how to use and clean the machine. She allowed me to try on several different styles of masks to find one that was most comfortable. Then she turned on the machine to give me an idea what it will feel like with the air while trying to fall asleep. It’s definitely going to be quite the adjustment getting used to all that, but I’m eager to try and finally feel better. I had a lot of questions and she patiently helped talk me through all of them.

When it was time to check out and pay, Shyenne at the front informed me that I had to pay for the $375 machine AND all the necessary equipment today because I hadn’t met my deductible yet. Being a single mom and a teacher that’s been struggling for months and thinking I was going in there paying $375 total and insurance would take care of the rest and bill me later, I was shocked, stressed, and devastated and I immediately started crying right there in the office. Those two ladies were so patient and understanding with me and were just a HUGE blessing to me. They didn’t make me feel ridiculous for breaking down in the middle of their office, they just walked me through several options until we found one that would work for me. I was truly blessed and just blown away by the compassion and care of these two ladies. Such a great experience at this location and with Julia and Shyenne! ❤️

Customer service does not exist. I received my authorization from my insurance company and called to see if they had received it as well. The recipection was extremely rude, she told me "that is had not been 15 days yet, and not to call back again. They would call me if and when they were ready." Even after 15 days I never received a response. I have since switched to a much better company.

We've been using them for a year now for my daughter who has a MIC-key feeding button, and gotta say customer service department is spot on. They are polite and respectful. However the shipping the medical supplies is a joke. We order something and it will takes them weeks to ship or they lose orders or they don't send the full order; then you have to call constantly to get your full order. They sure will charge insurance though.

I'm not sure when I received my concentrator from All Saints, but it was probably well over ten years ago. A few months ago it seemed not to function properly and I called them to ask how to clean the filter. They informed me that they had to open the machine to change filters and made an appointment.

On the day of the appointment a gentleman called me to reschedule the date (after I rescheduled my calendar be at home). When the second date rolled around, I received yet another call to postpone the appointment. I foolishly accepted. No one called or showed for that appointment.

I'll move to another company, but I predict that they will retrieve their equipment right away because I intend to tell them that they don't have 3 MORE strikes.

Called starting Tuesday, left message, no call back. Called Thursday, left message, no call back. Called Friday afternoon, someone finally answered and put me on hold, went to message area before she got back to me. Called back, after 5 Minutes, someone finally answered and wanted to put me on hold, I said no. She told me she was the only one answering calls and apologized. I told her what I needed. She put me on hold to pull up my info. When she got back to me and began to confirm my info, some of it was wrong. She let me know they were working with a new computer system and that some info did not seem to have transferred properly. After corrections, she tried to verify Medicare. They said my account was inactive and could not send supplies until it was cleared up. I am now trying to get in touch with the manager at St. Francis.

I just read info on reviews. No they don't call back immediately so try other numbers. Most of these ladies work at all 3 locations every week. Mrs. Robin has a full plate yet she helped me very much. Took all the time needed to get me a good fitting mask. The 5th mask was it. People are not used to the cpap have problems. I did but they helped me everystep.

The Broken Arrow Urgent care made me buy a boot from them. A boot that I only wore for four days. They did not let me pay the day I got it WHEN I HAD MONEY. Now they are threatening to give my number out to solicitors. I was finally able to pay today, yet none of the phone numbers they had given me on their paper have someone to talk to. Instead, it wants you to leave a voicemail. VERY unprofessional.

Ive taken my sister to the location at 17th and Utica. machine. Each sleep apnea machine given to her has caused her fits. They don't fit properly and her face is tore up. What a joke & if you receive a call lets pass the and problem to another location. Im fed up with the place and I'm ready for her to drop it off, although she failed two sleep apnea nights. They are all about the money and they sent her home with one as a loner until they find the great fit. I too wondered how many people used it b4 her. A great story the machine didn't work for the representative but worked perfectly for the lady in the office & he didn't like selling something he couldn't use. Good luck to those dealing with All Saints get behind me Satan.
