Before I even hit enter put my last name in on the iPad, Deb in South Dennis was already on her way out to get me. Super nice super friendly . You can tell she loves what she does (or at least enjoys it}. Made me feel at ease, I hate needles. very positive experience unlike their sister company in Hyannis. I would highly recommend this spot in South Dennis I was in and out in probably 4 minutes thanks again for caring! just a little goes a long way

The medical staff was great. Jasmine was terrific! She got me right in and out in less than 10 minutes. The company is another point. There was no office staff to check patients/customers in to process payment/insurance. The phlebotomists had to do it all. Poor business practice.

Have a standing blood work order for every two weeks. Arrive for blood draw
They do not have orders. Ask them to call Dr office. As I I need to do it. Call Dr office and ask for help. They say they will resend. I wait 20 minutes and ask if it was received. Nope. I spent two hours and 6 phone calls to get the request needed. There were three people to draw blood and not one would call the Dr office. Very dissatisfied. Waited 2 hours in order to get a blood request for test next morning.
