I highly suggest going elsewhere. Enel Joseph and the facility are extremely unprofessional. They schedule telehealth and do not show up or message their patients. Then to make excuses where the doctor isn’t working in the office today I will have to message him after attempting to contact them for over an hour. As well as they know the doctor was having connection issues earlier. Then call the client and explain that!!! I can’t imagine someone who has severe mental health issues having to deal with this unprofessionalism!!!!

The first councilor that I had, I just didn't feel that it was all there. I had trouble opening up to her. When a policy changed, either between them or my insurance, i don't know which, she didn't even let me know she couldn't work with me anymore.
The councilor i have now, is a much better fit. I felt comfortable with her almost from the first. I feel I can talk to her and she is understanding, and can help me.

They took the time to listen to me on my first appointment and evaluate me and my situation and pair me with an appropriate therapist. This far It has worked out very well. The front staff is very pleasant and efficient. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The staff is very nice. Dr. Joseph Enel is excellent and has always listened to my concerns! It’s very hard to find a doctor that will listen to your needs but he has been wonderful! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone in need of mental health support!

My Therapist is nice. Wish it was easier to see scheduling on the app and be able to video chat through the app instead of a link.
Billing is not great I still haven't received mine for the past 2 sessions. Which is not great as I don't want to double pay each time.
I also would like to see helpful guides or tools on the app orif the therapist can provide coping skills etc.
