4/4/25 Update: they're open 5 days a week again, but the wait time is ridiculous. They don't take appointments, walk-ins only, so I walked in at 9am to find out that the individual who had signed in at 8:15am had yet to be called. And then it was another 15 minutes before they were called in. People in the waiting room said they had been waiting over an hour. OVER AN HOUR. So unprofessional. Why even both opening this location if you're going to be that slow? And I'm so tired of them using the short-staffing as their excuse. Everyone is understaffed and they're still able to get their job done in a timely fashion. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Why are they only open 2 days a week when their website say 5 days a week? This hospital group has become a joke in recent years. Just wasted 45 minutes to drive all the way here just to have to turn around. No one has 3 hours to waste waiting at the Resnik Rd location because they're the only one ever open.

Long wait for my husband , almost an hour. When I worked at Jordan laboratory, this would never be tolerated.. BID has lowered the bar , so local patients are now negatively impacted.

I have been using this place for few years now and found it so convenient! I went this morning (Friday) and there was a sign on the door saying that starting August 1st, 2024 the lab would be open only Mondays and Thursdays due to staffing issues… it would have been nice to update the new schedule on Google as I went for nothing this morning, and I wasn’t the only one 🙁 Waste of time. I totally understand the staffing issue but please inform the patients, thank you 😊

I went there this morning at 7:00am and waited for 50 minutes for it to open for business. At 7:50 I gave up and drove to 45 Resnik for my blood draw. The Forestdale location is too unreliable…this is the 3rd time I had to leave there and go to another location. Never again- 45 Resnik is now my place to go. Today’s travel was 70+ miles round trip 👎👎

I won’t get mad at the people you deal with as they are nice……
but the person responsible for scheduling needs to wait over two hours for lab work and maybe then just maybe they’ll get how frustrated people are.and schedule more people.

Closed for lunch 12:00-1:00 but they don’t let you know that until you arrive to their location. Please update the hours on Google to let customers know you close 1 hour for lunch!

Called Plymouth and checked on line no notice that they are closed for lunch or what ever. This is at 12:30 and not open until 1:15. Very unprofessional and unfortunately typical of a BID experience
