When I walked into my first session, I felt a calmness and knew I was in the right place. Not only is Trish knowledgeable and professional, but she has a calming and caring spirit about her. She takes the time with me, there is no rushing and when I leave there I am so relaxed. I’ve been seeing her for a few months, every few weeks and I’ve noticed a difference in my thoughts and how I deal with everyday life things. I feel more calm and not as overwhelmed.
