My care was transferred to Dr Croopnick after my hematologist retired. After 10 years of wonderful care previously, I was apprehensive starting with a new Dr. Well all my fears were alleviated. First, his staff is friendly and professional. I first met with his PA Paige who was very knowledgeable and lovely. Yesterday I met Dr. Croopnick. He went over my diagnosis and explained everything to me in a way I completely understood. He spent time with me, and I never felt rushed. Together we came up with a plan and I know I am in excellent hands. I feel very fortunate to be a patient there.

Dr. Croopnick is a great doctor! He is professional, compassionate and easy to talk to! He answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed or like my questions were ridiculous! The office also was so great when I called to see if I could move my appt, they made it so convenient! I am really glad he is the doctor I get to see! I highly recommend him!

Dr. Croopnick is fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable, very caring,- he took the time to really learn about me and my health history. In this day and age, sometimes you’re left feeling like you’re just a number in a very big pool within the health care industry. Not with Dr Croopnick- I would highly recommend him.

The receptionist was very efficient and pleasant...the physicians assistant was very professional and made me feel very relaxed!!!! And Dr. Croopnick was .... once again ..... able to answer my questions and provide me with continued good care, patience and kindness. The waiting room is welcoming....attractive and creates a 'wellness' feeling!!!! All and all if one can say....."a doctors appointment can make a patient feel confident and well cared for"......it is because of the care of all who provide the skills they have!!!! I have been visiting Dr. Croopnick for five years. From the first visit, the office and staff treats you professionally. Appointments are always on time. Never a need to wait past the time of your scheduled visit. Doctor always takes the time to explain my illness with the reasons for the course of action. He is open & prepared to answer any & all of my questions.He is a wonderful, caring doctor.
