Joanne was very nice; she listened to me and heard me; which is a bonus. But, some of the office staff is extremely rude. I have been going to this office (Dr, different offices) for over 20years and this is first time I have had such rude encounters. They are new staff and they are just rude. Should not be in medical field if people are so bothersome.
