This is wonderful place to get healthcare. Everyone there is friendly and professional. I’ve been going there for 2-3 years and each time was a good experience. No long waits to be seen. It’s true, you may be seen by a different NP each time, but they are all so good. They take all the time you need or want to discuss your concerns. They listen and address/explain the issues clearly and thoroughly.
My favorite part is using MyChart. If I have any follow-up questions, they respond very quickly. The front desk staff is also very friendly and good at what they do. I don’t mind driving a bit out of my way to get this level of care. Thank you.

different doctor every time so I can't build up a strong relationship with anyone. they never believe me about my health issues and blame it on extraneous factors. not my favorite place in the world, I dread going.

They do a good job in general. They listen well and obviously care.
Consistency can be an issue as you see multiple providers within the office not just one doctor. Sometimes after visit notes do not reflect exactly what I feel happened during the appointment

The doctor had me schedule an appointment in September. When I got there, the doctor told me there wasn't anything we needed to do at that time. She didn't run any tests or even refill my prescription, saying none of that was necessary and they'd handle it at my next appointment. I left after being in the waiting room longer than I was in the exam room. I got a bill a week later for $280 for absolutely nothing, and when I called to file a grievance, they refused to file it and I got sent to collections. If I didn't have to go here, I absolutely wouldn't.

Dr. Messina is my primary care physician. He is excellent. Being a senior citizen I am having medical issues that are new to me. Dr. Messina completely explains my issues in terminology that I can understand and gives me as many options that are available. I trust him so much that when I moved 70 miles from his practice that I kept him as my primary care physician.

This office never picks up the phone. I have tried dozens of times, trying every branch of their answering machine phone tree many times each, and never reached a human being. When I left urgent messages at many of these branches of their phone tree, no one had answered by 36 hours later. That is not medical care. I am now switching to another provider.

Dr. Adams is great. She really listens, taking the necessary time, full of insight. Really explains. All the staff here seem quite competent and professional.
