The old woman at the reservation and patient information desk was very rude to me, an Asian. She asked me a lot of questions for 15 to 20 minutes, and even though she could have just given me a brief explanation about payment, she made it complicated and told me that I don't speak English well. When I called my husband to switch the phone, she wouldn't answer at first, and when I told her the second time that I didn't understand English, she reluctantly accepted the call. When I talked to my husband on the phone, she didn't even say hello and got to the point without even taking a breath. It made me angry because I saw one side of racism. I hope other people don't do that. The white grandmother who came after me finished talking about the information in about 5 minutes.

I am very impressed with the MetroWest Wellness Center Mammography and Ultrasound Dept. Each person that I came in contact with was very professional and kind.
Mammography
Carol, at my first visit was kind, calm and professional.
Karen at my check-in was very helpful and kind. Plus she had a good sense of humor.
Kim in mammogram screening- very kind and professional.
Ali in ultrasound...calm and reassuring.
Dr. Rheinhart. Again calm, professional, and reassuring.
And I had a chance to speak directly with the department director, Sheryl Kelly, to share with her my compliments about my experience with her staff.
Additional special kudos to Mary whose job it is to call and assure the recipient of the call that the need for additional screening is not to be alarming. Mary was calm, informative, and spoke clearly stating that a second screening is to clarify. Not for me to worry.
Thank you to Metro West Wellness Center Mammography and Ultrasound for a very good experience. Sheryl Kelly spoke, "Our patients are not only patients, they are people." Bravo!

Just finished occupational therapy with the professional madam Chris Palmer. She was wonderful. My elbow and wrist was badly damaged in a motorcycle accident. She was amazingly caring and skillful. She knows exactly what to do. She told me I would get better and i did. I thank her for the incredible job she did for me. A million thanks Chris. God bless you!

I’m laughing at one star reviews. Those people didn’t want to do their homework. This is a wonderful pt program offering both traditional pt as well as water therapy. I have been “fixed” from painful mistakes more than once by competent and caring therapists. You can’t go wrong if you put in your part.

Great place for physical therapy. Staff is super friendly and the therapists are extremely competent and knowledgeable. They got me in very fast as I was experiencing severe back pain during pregnancy and it gave me so much relief. Their pool facility is excellent and very clean.

Decreasing quality and incompetent staff. Used to be good 3-4 yrs ago but not now.
Had a minor tendonitis in my foot, doctor expected me to be okay within 4 weeks but my condition got worse even after 7 weeks of therapy. My therapist didnot follow doctors' instruction, listen to patient feedback and went through strengthening exercises while patient was still in pain. Surely, they dont care about patient and only care about money.
