Hands-down, one of the greatest experiences I’ve had dealing with Budtenders The guy named Derry was very knowledgeable and helped us out a lot. He made us very comfortable and you could tell he really understands what he’s doing and knows his products would definitely recommend you. Gotta stop by and pay him a visit. I haven't been here in awhile, but it's clear at this point I'm not going back, so here's my review: I've avoided this place whenever I can for good reason. I remember being yelled at by the doorman the first time I went because their lock was having issues. That is not an exaggeration; they angrily yelled at me through the door's intercom. Once the door actually unlocked after multiple tries, I entered and they validated my IDs. It is there when I found out that they have a practice for underage medical patients (under 21) where they call out that I'm entering the building over their radio. This makes me feel unwelcome, and I'm not the only one who thinks that. No other place I've been to shares that practice. Another time I went, I bought a dry herb vape just to get home and realize they sold me an empty box. Worse than that, the box had a label reading "display model" or something similar. So pretty much I bought a new item, but they gave me a resealed "open box" one that was originally displayed on the floor for marketing purposes. There was no mention of this to me. That's already pretty scummy, but again, it wasn't even in the box. They corrected it, but only after I called them and raced over before they closed. The person on the phone was high as a kite. "No wayyyy dude" when I told him the box was empty. When I actually arrived at the store to get the issue corrected, the person checking my IDs was almost acting like it was my fault that they messed up my order because I was the last customer there. In fact, 75% of the staff I've interacted with there have either had an attitude with me or were obviously high. They just don't have any concern for professionalism. I was also given a laughable rewards card on some visit with nearly insulting offers. 2 visits would get me $5 off, and 6 visits would get me $10 off an $100 order. What's funny was that at the times I went, their prices were above the market rate as well. Horrible deals paired with horrible prices. Did they really think I would be interested in coming back 10 times? I think they realized it, because they're not selling 1g distillate carts for $40 anymore. Their products are nothing special. In fact, I've only heard bad things about them, and my experiences using them were forgettable. I'm not coming back at the very least, and I don't think you should bother either.

Andrew was excellent at explaining the types of vape concentrates, and their effects.
ended up coming back the next day because I had an issue with my cart but they were happy to swap it out for another. They had a last minute sale and I ended up walking out with 5 additional live resin carts at a great price! Saved about $150 definitely recommend checking the menu before you show up.
