Regarding service by Irina Cooper to our dog Tisha. He had a problem with his front leg. He suffered a high level of pain. Irina responded to our Face Book post immediately and made appointment at the same day. Two days later Tisha came back to normal with no pain. Now he is happy and able to walk and clime stairs. WE will have a follow up appointment soon. Irina is loves animals and very professional doctor. Tisha momentarily trusted her and allowed her to threat him. Her method of acupuncture is very effective with spinal diseases and musculoskeletal system.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. They charged me $154 without my permission, claiming it was for a $22 copay—yet no one ever informed me about this! I went there from November through early January, and not once did anyone mention a copay. Had they told me beforehand, I would have paid it. Instead, they waited until I stopped going and then slapped me with a $154 charge. What if I had kept going? Would they have drained me for $1,000 without a word? This is beyond unprofessional. At any legitimate facility, the front desk ALWAYS informs clients about copays upfront—not in secret.

To make matters worse, their acupuncture "specialist," Konstantin, was a complete joke. Every single session, he asked me the same basic questions— “Did we do warming last time?” “Have you ever had back pain or an accident?” For months, the same questions! How can a so-called specialist not remember his own patients or their treatments? Is he even paying attention?

The final straw? My last visit. Konstantin caused me severe pain when inserting the needles. It was unbearable, and when I told him, he just shrugged it off with, “Oh, that happens sometimes.” No concern, no adjustments—just indifference. And the pain? It didn’t stop. I suffered through another 25 minutes of agony because he simply didn’t care.

And to make things even worse, when I confronted them about these issues, the owner had the audacity to call me ‘not a truthful person.’ Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, they turned around and blamed me! Their own staff failed to communicate the copay policy properly, and yet I’m the one being accused? Absolutely disgusting behavior.

This place is a scam. They only care about money, not their patients. Avoid this place at all costs.

Both Irina Cooper, the acupuncturist, and Dr. Jeffrey Smith, the chiropractor, were absolutely amazing.

They took the time to really listen to my concerns and thoroughly examine my condition before beginning treatment. I was particularly impressed by their dedication; they even made time to see me on their day off because I was a new patient in acute pain.

I am so thankful to have found Whole Beauty and Health. It is such a wonderful place with wonderful staff. I see Irina and Konstantin for acupuncture as well as Dr Jeff for chiropractic work. I appreciate having many different providers in one location and they work really well together. This has been my first time trying acupuncture and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I go to Whole Beauty and Health over 2 years. Irina is a great acupuncturist. I have a chronic illness and she is able to manage my side effects due to my illness. She is very professional and friendly. I also use Angela as physical therapist. She honestly the best therapist I ever been to. The motion in my knees greatly improved
