My eye doctor set me up with MetroWest before my cataract surgery. It was the first time I had used them, and found the service excellent. They filled prescriptions and sent the various eyedrops quickly. When I had to refill a prescription, I used the online system which was fine, but also received a phone call asking if I needed the refill sent on an expedited basis. I appreciated that attention to detail, and the thoughtfulness.

Medications were needed prior to surgery and they were quick to mail them out. Staff seemed very friendly and interested in my concerns. My doctor recommended this pharmacy which is nearly 2 hours for me, can't remember what he said, refills were easier or medications were always in stock but CVS does not seem very concerned or on the ball and I would consider switching.

The staff is friendly and helpful and knowledgeable and shopping there is a welcome change from CVS! The 2 pills I was prescribed were almost $18 at CVS and only $3.36 at Metrowest !
I highly recommend this neighborhood pharmacy over any of the large chains who price gouge and are terribly busy and often don’t even answer their phone or return voicemail messages.

Nina exceeded my expectation in handling my prescription delivery. She was very patient making sure that the instruction was documented correctly even though it was a few minutes before the closing time. Then she called back the next day to follow up to double check if the prescription was delivered exactly at the particular spot that I needed it to be delivered. The driver on 9/13/2024 was very reliable as well.

My Ophthalmologist recommended me to MetroWest Pharmacy. There was a prescription that worked very well for me but the insurance wouldn't pay for it. This pharmacy helped me to get it.
