If you a parent DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE.
My son reported feeling dizzy, and when we checked his heart rate, it was over 250 beats per minute. My husband has significant and possible genetic cardiac issues that can cause a dangerously high heartrate that has required immediate emergency care so when we realized how high our sons heartrate was combined with with dizziness we knew this could be really bad.
We immediately rushed him to the closest er and told the front desk attendant that our son was having a tachycardia event. He said he would let the nurse know, but after several minutes, no one had come to see us. The ER waiting room had only a few people patients waiting, and nobody seemed to be in immediate distress. My husband went to the front desk to speed things up, but the desk was left unattended. When the nurse finally came out, she ignored us and called a different patient in. I interrupted her and told her what was happening and she said she would be with us in one second. We had a portable monitor on our sons finger, and it was still reading dangerously high. The nurse came back out after about 4 minutes and called a different patient in. We pleaded with staff to attend to our scared 11 year old son and were completely ignored. We ended up rushing him to Newton Wellesley ER, where he received immediate and compassionate care. If you have a child who needs emergency care, I pleed with you to avoid Framingham Union Hospital at all costs. I have never left a negative review of anything before, but this is a matter of safety.

Starting off with the woman who answers the phone at the front desk, extremely rude, extremely unprofessional, and even hung up the phone in my face. They attempted to send my husband home with a referral to a primary care provider after arriving with symptoms of what he felt were a stroke. The nurse that attended him even laughed in his face when he mentioned it.. If I could give this hospital a ZERO star, I definitely would and I will definitely be making a report to tenant health. They only decided to run lab test EKG CAT scan scans once I mentioned tenant health. It’s so funny how quickly they moved once they heard that

I've been here for 3 days and 2 nights I have gotten no sleep because of malfunctioning alarms in my room. They put me with a guy who really should be alone in a room. They change your meds without notice. The rooms are filthy. I could go on and on but this is the worst hospital I've ever been to and I've been to several.

If I could give this place a negative review I would.
First. We came in on Wednesday night and only got in on Thursday after 3 hours waiting in an empty ER. Then the nurse is so rude and the way she was talking to us is like I interrupted her “me time” and I guess she is one of the WOKE people. Then there is only one doctor per admin and we still haven’t been seen by a doctor at almost 4am. They are just joking around so loud it is ridiculous. I was told that they see the most serious cases first and my dad’s case is I guess not that serious. He is in agonizing pain and been like that for over 5 hours.
Anyway the worst place. Go anywhere but here if you can.

The worst healthcare facility I’ve ever gone to. The nurse was so rude I discharged myself at 5:30am because she was upset the room was dirty from the previous nurse and made me help her clean it up bc she thought it was my mess? I had been unconscious for hours. Most of the staff was fine, I just couldn’t get past how awful the one nurse was. I believe her name was Michelle. Steer clear. Honestly just go to Boston.

1 star is generous considering the type of mistreatment me and my friend experienced at the hands of the nurses in this ER. Rushed in by ambulance we got here at 10:30pm it’s now 4:41 am and I writing from the same ER that told us we’d get help as soon as possible. They are disrespectful, unprofessional, uncoordinated, and absolutely unacceptable in the way they go about things. My friend had abdominal pain near her appendix and if it really came down to it she would’ve been in serious danger. Don’t come here if you value your life

If I could leave a zero i would. I sat here for 6 hours just to wait to get an xray done and even then they still told me to give them an additional 2hr. The nurse came in and told me hurry up get the shot he had to go after asking me once about a shot and telling him i was afraid of needles. On top of that they had no power on as all of this was occuring ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

Worse health care facility I have ever been to. Waited over 5 hours before seeking care else where. Staff very rude and uncaring. Several people sitting in the hall visibly sick for
hours. Do not go to this place
