Freedom Health treatment center provided exactly what I needed after a mental health crisis / breakdown. I have never encountered more compassionate, helpful people in this field. From my first interaction with Corey and Courtney on the day I called and stepped foot in the door, I received kindness and support; group leaders like Stacey and Peter were all fantastic beyond words. My therapist Christian gave so much help it is incredible to me. Their follow through before, during, and after "graduation" continue to support my mental health recovery. This program is great

No means no. The folks at Freedom Health were lovely, but it turned out to be not a good fit for my needs. I explained this to them and they refused to accept that I wasn't interested in coming back to the program. Over the course of a week I received multiple daily text messages and/or phone calls asking me to come back and offering different options. I kept politely explaining I wasn't interested and the program didn't work for me. They wouldn't stop, culminating in a phone call from the director, where I again explained I wasn't interested and he tried to sell me on another location. I said they could send me some information on it and I'd look, instead I started getting multiple phone calls.

As someone struggling with their mental health, there's a fine line between trying to get them to stick with a program that can help them and refusing to accept being told no. The repeated refusals to accept my decision caused me a great deal of stress and I cannot, in good faith, recommend their services if you're not certain they'll be a good fit.

I could go on and on about how amazing and compassionate Christian, Corey, Stacey and Courtney are. These are the most compassionate human beings I have ever met. They made the most difficult time of my life bearable, and I cannot express my gratitude enough. You all saved my life, thank you!!

I had a major mental health event and was left with very few options. The good folks at Freedom reached out to me and provided me with support, therapy, med management and the firm-but-friendly atmosphere that greatly improved my recovery. Their help, both with dealing with insurance/absence management and my fragile mental health was INVALUABLE. Thanks to the facilitators, therapists and administrators and the fellow supportive clients, I feel my recovery and life re-direction have been put on a much more positive course.

Hello my name is Jennifer hill I went to freedom health for 6 months and graduated in March 2024 i love it i had best time of life and it was the best experience of my life. You will be happy leaving there. Just believe in yourself trust process and Trust and believe it changed my life. My struggles my attitude, my decision, my behavior my loyalty and now I'm a new person.All altogether.And I can only thank you to freedom health for that and now I'm still in sobriety so grateful. I didn't think that ever would have made it, but when I met these people in freedom. They opened their hands to me with open arms and helped me for everything that I went through the therapist, the staff, the doctor and people that went there those where my friends they help me find my way home my family so happy proud of my success that freedom show me live a better life in recovery thanks again everyone. They love you no matter what, so you need to go to freedom. Freedom will change your life for better. I just wanna let you know. I had a wonderful experience and I will definitely recommend this place to anybody that wants to go there. So I'll give it 5 stars. Thanks for your help. If you are serious about getting the mental health help you need , this is the spot. The facility is great, beautiful and the team genuinly wants to see you succeed. Your progress is their progess, team effort all around and feels good knowing change is possible with the right support system and trained professionals. 100/10 rating!!
