Love this doctor and the staff. Dr Christopher Gange. Even gave me his work email to contact him w concerns! Walked me to the receptionist to order additional tests. Dr took the next patient personally from the waiting room. On time! Highly Qualified and educated front desk staff at the desk and in the that talked me through what the process/experience would be with the next two tests. pre-exam was great w MA. Got me in 10 days sooner then my appt without having to ask! They scheduled my next appt during his lunch break as he was booked, voluntarily and said if something else opens up sooner, will let me know. Excellent service. Feel I’m in very capable hands.

Heard a male provider ask a female employee if someone was in the room. Female replies, “no.. actually yes.” Male doctor responds in condescending way, “yes is not no. Yes is yes.” Not a very emotionally safe environment for staff. Providers seem stiff and stressed out. If this is what they’re showing to the patients, what is going on behind closed doors? Very concerning.

The experience of getting problems like refills and other most often simple requests is exhausting. Portal for Tufts is not working like it should Speaking to a human doesn't help either
Very disappointed with the Tufts involvement

Just spoke to the answering service. Woman's name was nat or map... rudest individual I have ever encountered. I was calling on behalf of an elderly patient. I needed to ask when their appointment was. You'd think I asked this woman to literally stop her life and jump off a bridge. Get better customer care people. Absolutely disgusting how she treats people.

I was very pleased with my experience with the people I dealt with in the office, and with Dr. Davidson.
I was also very happy with the staff next door when I went for a stress test. Very friendly, and explained each step of the process.
I highly recommend Heart Center of Metrowest.

The receptionists take care of you very quickly and the nurses are SUPER nice. They try to make the awkward moments less awkward. 😉 The Heart Center of MetroWest deserves five stars.

Answering service slightly more helpful than a busy signal.

When I go to the Heart Center, or speak with an employee, I receive nothing but the highest standard of care in my opinion. Their answering service, on the other hand, is a nightmare. On 01/10/18 @ 9:01AM I called the Heart Center hoping to get through to the office. Although they are supposed to be open, I unfortunately for me, their answering service was still on. It rang repeatedly, necessitating I call back two additional times. When I got through I heard 'Answering Service place hold' and then silence. I was on hold for FIFTEEN full minutes before someone came back on the line. That is beyond unacceptable. What if this had been urgent (it wasn't).

During business hours, when you call in your INR (home testing) or call in a prescription, their VRU routes you to a mailbox, where you leave a message. Outside of business hours, you can't leave a message. Want to call in your INR at 7AM when you took it? Sorry, you have to wait 2.5 hours. Want to leave a message for a prescription refill in the evening when you took your last pill? Out of luck. Try again tomorrow mid morning.

Again, I like the office, but there should be a way to leave INR and prescription information outside of business hours.
