Office staff is always pleasant and were patient when I got appointments mixed up. I think Dr. Pearl and her medical staff are knowledgeable, compassionate, and kind. I never feel rushed. My pain is managed well and I am hopeful that upcoming procedures will help even more.

I want to preface this by saying i did address my concerns with the office only for Gabby, the receptionist, to call me back and basically say I’m a liar when i have everything in my phone with all the dates and times.
This office takes weeks to return calls, they took 2 weeks to send out my MRI order when they knew my insurance only approved it for one month and they refuse to prescribe anything, even non-controlled/narcotic meds. Not a single person in this office cares about you being in pain but they will rack up the office visits only to waste your time and tell you to get pain meds from your pcp like they told me. Thank God i have an awesome PCP otherwise I would have been abandoned with my pain and left alone to suffer. I have transferred my care elsewhere, I recommend you don’t waste your time even signing up here.
Editing since they replied stating i called while they were closed. I knew they would be closing from 12/20-01/02 so I called twice on Friday 12/13, once on tuesday 12/17 and 3 times on the 18th, like I told Gabby who called me a liar. They NEVER worked closely with my PCP until the very end when i asked for my records to be sent to a different pain clinic. My PCP took time out of her busy schedule to call them herself because she never received any notes from any of my visits or any of the recommendations they said they would send over for med changes. My situation is not complex, my MRI was very clear, which i only know because you guys violated HIPAA by faxing my MRI report to my job. That summarizes how unprofessional you guys are.

I was the second patient on the schedule no one came in the doctor was no we’re to be found.
I as therapists would highly advise people not to see Dr. Perl
The staff just left me in the room for two hours with no explanation.
The CNA came in did some vibrations to my shoulder with no explanation after she was done I asked what this was for. She then explained after she maid my shoulder hurt 90% more then I walked in to the office.
I finally after not eating nor drinking anything for almost 24 hours being a diabetic and other medical conditions said enough and walked out 4 hours
Basically come to find out after speaking to the secretary I was scheduled for 12 o’clock with anesthesia and there was another person scheduled for 12 o’clock. How is one physician supposed to do to people? I’m not sure or even if it’s legal.
I will be reporting to Dr. and I will also the state and Attorney General’s office.

I have NEVER worked with a more unresponsive medical staff in my entire life. It takes upwards of 2 weeks to receive responses from these people. When I started seeing Dr. Pearl, I was on medication that put my pain levels at a 4/10. Dr. Pearl put me on medication that made me dangerously tired (Lyrica) and eventually advised me to discontinue it. When I asked for something to replace the Lyrica, she suggested that I take Lyrica. That's not a typo - she told me to stop taking Lyrica and then suggested I try taking Lyrica. She switched my pain medication that was working to something that doesn't last as long nor control pain as well as the medication that I was taking when I started in her practice and then kept telling my doctor to reduce the amount of that medication each week. I called her office sobbing and left multiple messages. They never called me back. My doctor tried contacting her as well - no phone calls nor emails were returned. I am now at a 6/10 pain thanks to the ignorance and lack of care at this facility. Avoid them at all costs because they do not have time for you, don't care about your needs, and will make you feel worse than when you started. Shame on Dr. Pearl for calling herself a pain management specialist. You ignore your patients that you've put into worse off positions than when they sought help from you.

I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Dr Pearl and her team have been great. Good bedside manner and she explains the procedures to you before and as she does them. Her aids are also very friendly and did their best to help me relax, which I really needed. I won’t know if the treatment has been effective for a few weeks, but I’ve been pleased with the overall service and you can tell they care about their patients.

I was incapacitated after a fall. Dr. Pearl gave me my life back. Her and her staff are thoughtful and really work with you to create a treatment plan. I am forever grateful. I never thought I would see a day where I didn’t feel pain. They are incredible.
