From start to finish, she demonstrated a deep understanding of skincare, taking the time to assess my skin’s needs and explain each step of the process. She was meticulous, ensuring that my skin received the perfect treatment, and even took before-and-after photos to track my progress. Her attention to detail was truly impressive!

Beyond the facial, the atmosphere at the spa was warm and inviting, largely due to Emma, the manager. She is personable, friendly, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable—a true professional who ensures every client has a top-tier experience. Her leadership and customer service make this spa stand out.

Had my first Diamond Glow facial by Lily! She is absolutely amazing, such a great experience. Highly recommend her! I felt so relaxed and my skin was glowing immediately after, you can definitely see and feel a difference.
Skin MD is amazing, very clean and welcoming with great providers, everyone was so so nice!
Definitely go and see Lily, I can’t recommend her enough!

I visited a new SkinMD location for laser hair removal on the leg and a touch up Brazilian. It’s hard to find a place that does an affordable touch up. There was also a 50% off sale on packages. The staff was accommodating and super friendly. The location was clean and welcoming. Lilly made me feel comfortable and was knowledgeable, professional and meticulous. I highly recommend her.

Absolutely obsessed with my experience at the Framingham location! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was amazing—so welcoming and upbeat! Emma was the best - super responsive in booking an appointment that fit my crazy schedule and answering all my questions. I got my Botox done with Vanessa, and she was incredible—so thorough, detail-oriented, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Both Emma and Vanessa were beyond helpful, giving me all the info I needed without ever being pushy. Even the staff who weren’t directly assisting me were super friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for top-tier service in a fun, positive atmosphere, this is the place to go! Highly recommend!
