1 star is way to much for the service carewell urgent care Natick location. Terrible. If you are sick and look for care DO NOT GO there. They make you wait for hours eventhough there is no other patient. They don’t even bother to tell you why are you waiting, how long you’re going to wait. This place is not for health care it’s for health ruining. TERRIBLE HEALTH CARE location.

This was my first choice when I had an issue with my eye. I was able to schedule an appointment same day and was seen quickly. Provider was knowledgeable, personable and explained everything. There were multiple issues at the pharmacy and he went above and beyond to ensure that I could get the medication. I called back 2-3 times that day and was able to speak with him each time. The staff was always friendly and quickly handled the issue. As a healthcare provider, I appreciate the care, efficiency and willingness to assist because I know how exasperating it can be in such a fast pace environment.

Very nice and patient staff, even while shorthanded. They still had much less wait time than other local urgent care facilities. Had a very bad animal bite and they were willing to help me try to avoid having to go to the ER. I appreciated their efforts , flexibility and sound advice. I'm not very confident of quite a few doctors and I have a lot of confidence now in this facility.

CareWell cares! I had to get a second Covid Test, with the first one being inconclusive. This location offers rapid testing. Sure, I had to wait, but the staff was beyond pleasant. Doing the best they could to keep the wait down. The woman at the front desk was so patient with all of the questions and walkins. The NP had a great bedside manner. He made me feel at ease. Then the doctor was so sweet. Keep up the great work! These times are crazy - but we thank the frontline workers!

Today I made an appointment with this location for my daughter who passed out. The appointment was for 4 pm. The appointment was made in the morning. We reached at the location at 3.55 pm. There was no one on the front counter. I noticed a lady sitting inside. I told her that we are here for 4 pm appointment. She said she will be right out. She just sat down and never showed up until 4.20 pm. By then there were 4 other patients. When the lady came out and saw 4 patients, her face went into an anxiety mode. It was clearly evident that she was not happy seeing so many patients. She asked my daughter what happened. We informed her that she passed out. She completely refused to provide any treatment. She said they do not have provision for labs for x Ray’s. She did not even agree to do basic vital check. She literally FORCED US TO LEAVE.

When we booked the appointment we clearly mentioned the reason for our visit and that we wanted to see a doctor. If they did not have the facility to do anything then why did they not call us and inform that they will not be able to provide the treatment. We drove 40 miles each way to make it there.

They were very irresponsible. The lady who was there was very rude, non cooperative and unprofessional.

How could they let a patient go without even checking the vitals, specially when the patient mentioned that she passed out.

Absolutely amazing urgent care! I took my 6 year old in. She was treated AMAZINGLY by the staff. They were all SO caring and compassionate. Very efficient and we were in and out within 30 minutes. NP Peg Gentile was FANTASTIC! Highly recommend. Thank you to all of the amazing staff.

Went in to CareWell Urgent Care Monday morning as I couldn't get an appointment with my primary as quickly as I wanted.

The clinic was bright, clean, quiet, and welcoming at 11:00 am and there was only one person ahead of me. The receptionist (I'm sorry I cannot recall her name) was cheerful, very attentive, and polite as she was checking me in and explaining what to expect.

I was taken to the exam room after waiting probably around 10 minutes. The wait in the exam room, for the doctor, was approximately the same. The doctor (I'm sorry I don't recall his name) was engaged, thoughtful, and asked appropriate questions. The examination was efficient and thorough for my primary complaint. He came across as being in a good mood and he was quite congenial. I've had more than my share of grumpy, disinterested doctors in the past so his demeanor was very appreciated.

The whole encounter, from walking in the door to out was less than 40 minutes.

I would definitely recommend this clinic and am thankful to the doctor and staff for their kindness and help.

Well, I should have read the reviews more carefully. Checked in at 1pm for a test today. Completed the very "convenient" online patient paperwork via a QR code posted in the window. Upon completion of the paperwork you receive a notification page telling you to check in with the front counter to let them know you're there. As I approached the door and read the signage for a second time I noticed a posting saying this step wasn't necessary and that I should just wait in my car for a call. Ok, sounds good, I happily comply. 2 hours goes by and I decide it might be worth checking in, so I chat to the lady at the front desk. She struggles to find my appointment but hesitantly confirms she's found me in their system and that it's going to be another 2 hours at the minimum. "You don't have to stay here though, as long as you're within 30 minutes travel you'll be fine. We'll give you a call, we're open till 8pm". This was around 3pm.

Well, I'm glad I went home to get stuff done at the house because it's now 8:15pm and not a peep from this clinic. I would not recommend their services, it seems like they're somewhat overworked and the front of house staff have no interest in helping add to that workload by correcting their mistakes.

At least I got caught up on emails while waiting in my work vehicle. Silver lining on what otherwise would have been a GIANT waste time!
