I am a patient of Dr. IO, Roxanna, I could not be any happier with her professionalism, her expertise and explaining my options. Dr IO really stands out from my previous provider as she spends dedicated time to understand my needs and gives an honest recommendation and preventive care tips.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. IO, Roxanna for the past 15 years. She’s incredibly gentle and skillful. Her fillings of my front teeth still look good after 15 years. I refer all my family members to get dental service here and they’re happy with the result with different dentists in the same practice. We keep coming back here for years and plan to do so.

We are very disappointed. My wife did a filling here, after the anesthesia goes away she found there’s a cut under the tongue, and a scratch on her face. They did not tell us this during the treatment and they don’t admit this is their mistake afterwards. We went back the other day, a doctor sees us and write down a medicine we can take but they would not reimbursement that.

I had done root canal & crown there. Doctor gave me a thorough explanation of my issue, offerer me options of how to solve the issue. After I decided which to go by, doctor told me in advance what he would do in each sessions. My tooth problem had been fixed in few sessions.
All staff members are very professional, helpful & friendly...Highly recommend their quality services.

I am so thankful to have picked this place from my available dentist's in the area. Everyone has been incredible. I have always had terrible anxiety with the dentist and after having some teeth pulled I added embarrassment to that list. Dr. Lee is amazing. She is quick, efficient and kind. I am pregnant currently and she has done so much to take precautions and help me. The staff are also amazing when booking appointments and getting everything taken care of. I told my husband today I have never walked out of a dentist's office feeling so confident until we started going here. Thank you!

One of my better dental experiences. The staff is professional and courteous. The Dentists have been very professional and informative. They well understand and share the impact of your dental condition on your overall health. They keep you in the loop at every turn. It's nice being in the know.

I was a patient here for 13 years, my daughter for 10 & I thought it was a really good dental office, until today. My daughter never had an issue. They began seeing her when she was a year old and worked so well with her that I tried to have my son go here as well. He is 2 years old and has autism spectrum disorder. I forewarned the office of this factor and how he has his behavioral issues when anxious or scared. They said it was fine. Well evidently they are not "equipped" as they said to handle kids with his behavior. They cancelled his appointment without consulting me and simply told me they'd refer me to someone more equipped to deal with kids like him. I understand he is a hand full and is not the "right" place to bring an autistic toddler, but the way they carried out the manner in such an unprofessional way was not okay. So, if you have a young child with special needs, I just wanted to forewarn you that this office is not the one you want to bring them too.
So, due to their lack of empathy, understanding and professionalism in regards to my son's circumstances, I will not be returning back there.
