This was absolutely the best walk in clinic experience of my life. My mom had what turned out to be an abscessed cyst. At 86 with Alzheimer’s you can imagine how difficult that would be. They were amazing. We also had a follow up 2 days later and they were amazing again. I walked in with 9 patients behind me. When we were done all of those people were in rooms being assessed. Fast caring efficient compassionate knowledgeable…A+ care. I will drive to come back to this place.

Went here unintentionally. They were amazing!! Staff was helpful and friendly. The Physician Assistant was really good and thorough. I would go back again and again.

We as a family have used Natick urgent care on numerous occasions from cold/ virus, allergic reactions to needing x-rays after a fall. They have always been a clean, safe place to go to with fast response times to excellent Drs, nurses and other professionals where we have gotten the best care. Highly recommend to hem for your urgent medical needs.

The times I have gone, I felt the staff and the care I received was worth my time and money.

Most recent visit I came 30 minutes before closing because of lingering symptoms of food poisoning. The PA was patient while explaining my condition and answering my questions.

Additionally, they reached out 2 days later to ask how I was doing which made my day.

My own PCP has still yet to acknowledge me when I reached out about my illness and instead my dr. office offered me virtual appointment with a random RN when I called to get help.

I value in-person care for myself rather than tele-health.

Thank you to the staff for making me feel safe and more comfortable despite my nervousness around medical exams.

This is one of the best urgent care facilities in the area!
My family and I have visited several times over the past few years for various illnesses and conditions when we couldn’t get appointments with our primary care doctors. Each time, the physician assistant was different, but their diagnoses were always spot-on! Impressively, they often relied on observation and palpation, with minimal imaging or lab work. When we followed up with our physicians, additional tests confirmed the same diagnoses. I truly trust the care provided here and highly recommend this facility!

I have been to many urgent care facilities in my day for myself and family members- Natick Urgent Care is truly the BEST- They are professional, prompt, attentive and personal.
Nathan was the first interaction I had - BP/vitals/ medications- he was excellent. Dr Tim Sullivan- I’d like him for my PCP- extremely caring and knowledgeable. The best! I had X-rays done by Michael- very kind and explained exactly what he was going to be doing.
All in all- a wonderful experience. highly recommend this urgent care facility. Thank you all

So quick and lovely staff. Sarah was literally amazing and a wonderful person. Wish we could be friends! Maybe I’m bias cause she gave me better news than I expected. But cray tech was kind and quick too!

Had a great experience today at Natick Urgent Care. They took me right away and also has Xray services on Sundays. Highly recommend this place. Excellent care.
