I got there here at 3:30 pm.
The reseption said they were not taking anymore patients today.
They were full in the back, and want to get out by 5.00pm.
She was nice about it.
But as I was leaving the Urgent Care. I noticed the sign on door said open till 7:00pm. I guess they need to change the time on the door.
Ps. No note on entrance other than what you see.

This is the best office I have ever visited! Everyone including front desk lady I wish I would have remembered her name was so nice and helpful. I have never had such a pleasant experience before. The doctor was able to give us answers for my son and a diagnosis, that specialists in Atlanta have not been able to give us! I really can’t say enough nice things about this office. Yes it was clean and low wait time as well. I will never go to another office if I don’t have to! I don’t know how anyone could have had a bad experience with this place.

If you were looking for somebody to help you, you’d be better off in Montgomery. These people could care less about giving you all the information you need, but they will be prompt with the bill.

I wouldn't take my pet here. I walked in and with a big hesitation the receptionist asked what I needed, I politely said I'm very sick I need to see a doctor. She handed me an iPad to register with. I stood right there at the counter and filled it out and handed it right back to her. After an agonizing 2hr wait, I went back to counter just to have same receptionist asked me if I had registered yet. Then I was told they had no record of me even being there. I knew I should have left as soon as I seen how nasty the place was. Beware this is the worst excuse for health care I've ever encountered in my 60 years.

Went in this morning because of my Sciatic Nerve giving me BIG Problems! They Diagnosed the problem, gave me the Medication I needed and with-in 2 hours I was 85% plus better! Here it is 3 plus hours now and it 90-95% Pain Free! So to Doctor Lyndsay Ewing and ALL her Staff/Personnel thank you for a Job well Done! I will be using them again in the Future as needed.

Went in with terrible stomach pain. They said it would be a 2 hour wait but the real problem was with my insurance. They already had current insurance on file but refused to bill my insurance because I didn't have the physical card. They wanted to charge me the full price of the visit instead of trying to bill my insurance. What made it worse was I called before I went and they checked my insurance on file and said everything was fine to come on in. The receptionist said that if I had been there within the past 6 months then I could be seen without my card. I asked her to please verify that before I wait to 2 hours to be seen for full price which is not what I wanted to do. She instead threw my file to the back of the line and I ended up leaving. Don't waist your time with this "new management".

DO NOT GO HERE! Crazy that this place is even open. They don't return phone calls. They do not help. It's a place to go when you are sick, and I would have better luck going to a mechanic shop. Absolutely awful! I should be able to get a refund. There should be a way to give negative on the stars. Seriously....AVOID going here.

Very kind receptionist. Was greeted with a smile. All staff including doctor were very knowledgeable and got me in and out which is appreciated when you don’t feel your best.
