I had a great experience. I didn't know much about mask replacements and the lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful and had a wonderful demeanor. I didn't get her name but she made the process much easier than I believed it would be. I highly recommend.

This is the best place in the area to acquire supplies. They have everything you need, and it is extremely clean and organized. The business is run well, easy to contact, and easy to find with plenty of parking- right at the front door if you need. Lauren and Ariel greeted me with a smile, and they are very friendly and helpful. Lauren went above and beyond ensuring utmost satisfaction. She provided trouble shooting and accommodated my unique situation. She is very knowledgeable and intelligent. I came here after using another DME supplier in the area, and visiting another. The staff at the others are unreachable, and act like you’re a bother, are rude, do not smile, misguided; and one even has a call center that is in another country. I would say the delivery men are always respectful and on time. As for the late night dispatch person I think she needs more training with the names of all the different supplies and machines. Explaining my problem to her was crazy and her only response was I ONLY ANSWER THE PHONE. No knowledge of the different tubing connectors terms etc. that was awful. How do you explain what is not working to the office if that person can not confirm what part you are referring to smh. I waited for a technician to call to see if I was ok with the equipment. They never called they never called to even follow up. I think that is AWFUL!!! I’ll be glad when and if I can get off this oxygen.
