If I could give extra stars, I would! Dr. Aziz and his office are hands down the most caring and respectful medical team I’ve ever encountered. I’ve struggled with severe colon and stomach issues that can be completely debilitating. Dr. Aziz is the only doctor who truly listened when I said I couldn’t eat without vomiting. He discovered I have zero digestive enzymes, along with IBS-C, which has been incredibly painful. Thanks to him and his team, I’ve finally started to feel better.

Even today, when I wasn’t feeling 100%, I called the office and got a prompt, compassionate response. I can’t recommend Dr. Aziz and his staff enough—100% all the way!

My experience was unfortunately not a pleasant one. I genuinely wanted to remain a patient, but after calling three or four times about the same issue, I found it frustrating when the front desk would respond with, "We haven't heard from the doctor (on day 4)," or "There's no note indicating that you called about this before." It felt very disorganized. After about five days, I finally asked if I could see someone or if Dr. Khalid could answer a simple question. The front desk booked me an appointment with his PA, who was much more responsive. However, the lack of follow-up ultimately led me to cancel all my appointments. This is my health, and I take it very seriously. Would not recommend it only if you are in need, since I know many GIs are booking out. Just be prepared for a 2-star experience.

If I could give zero stars i would had an appointment at 6:15 was waiting since 6:00 waited till 7:00 still no call. God forbid if you’re 15 minutes late for an appointment they cancel it on you. If a doctor doesn’t have the manners to be like hey we’re running behind just want to let you know so you can either reschedule the appointment or so you know a time that’s better for them, then why should us as patient's even give this doctor the time of day. Obviously they don’t care about their patients. My suggestion would be stay far away and find a different doctor.

I was so nervous for no reason. Dr Aziz is very nice and very thorough. It was my first time meeting him only did a brief phone consultation before my procedure. I was worried sick until I actually got to Harrington hospital where my procedure was done let me tell you that Once I got to start meeting the nurses and the Anastasia team finally meeting Dr Aziz in person. My mind was set at ease quickly. The Dr has decades of experience and, I felt very comfortable with him being my Dr.
Everyone was so supportive gentle and kind to me. The worst part of the whole thing was the preparation for it.

Dr Aziz sent me home after surgery with perforated bowel almost died spent month in hospital unable to drink or eat that's how I spent Xmas I received life saving procedure s from great doctor s at Boston general hospital also got hit with 10 grand in medical bills can't pay stay away from doctor death

Never calls back. This doc to busy for me. Didn't even go over my blood results with me. Good thing I know how to read them My primary went over with me I've already got another doctor I'm going to for another opinion I think I was a little setback when my appointment was at 7:00 at night and he didn't see me till 7:30 who has appointments at 7:00 at night. Just odd doctor's not for me I've called him three times to ask him a question never called me back going to somebody else.

Today Dr. Azziz performed a colonoscopy for me. His gentle and calm manner were very reassuring. When asked my nurse told me that he is unually caring and concerned about his patients as well as focused and attentive to staff concerns. I received a report on my results before I left. It was concise and comprehensive. I consulted with his office prior to my procedure and found the staff EXTREMELY helpful, kind and informative. My husband was a Doctor and I managed one of his offices, so I have an incite that comes from years of experience.
My prior colonoscopy (10 years ago) was performed by a member of a group of 13 oncologists. When impossible to reach by phone this year detective work uncovered that all 13 Doctors had one person fielding appointments for ALL of them. I actually met this person. Sooo I need say no more. I never got to meet or speak to this provider, because of his inability to keep appointments. I had a 4:30pm phone consult, and the day of my appointment, someone from his office called me, explained that he had an emergency & would call in about an hour. No big deal, although it was my first appointment, so I wasn't very happy. If he had at least called an hour later, it would've probably been alright, but he didn't call until about 7:30pm!! That's 3 hours later than our scheduled appointment time & I understand things do come up, but that's just unacceptable. I am a very busy person, have young children & go to bed very early, because I suffer from insomnia. If you can't keep an appointment, you should be competent & courteous enough to reschedule, not call 3 hours later & expect a patient to still be available for you, when you're 3x later than what your patient was told. Very unprofessional. I will seek care elsewhere thank you. Extremely disrespectful....I am appalled!
