I have been meeting with Marissa C. for a few weeks now & I have NEVER clicked with a therapist like I have with her!! From intake to our regular sessions- she’s incredible!!
NEHS is a great company. They are quick to respond & get you “ in” ( virtually) with someone.

I have recommended them to a handful of friends/ family & I know at least 3 of them are actively in therapy today!

I waited a few weeks for an appointment for medication management. The provider I was assigned to was Obiageli Ukatu. After a lengthy zoom call and explaining my life history which includes some very personal and embarrassing experiences and that I suffer from depression, anxiety, PTSD and OCD. This doctor calls in a prescription for an antihistamine for my anxiety? Are you kidding me? I called today to ask for a different provider and I was placed on hold. After 10 minutes I hung up. This woman is clueless and absolutely should not have a job working with people who medicine for mental health. If wanted to the equivalent of over the counter benadryl I would have done so which by the way triggers anxiety. RUN FAST BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! I wish there was an option for negative star not to mention the language barrier.

Lots of helpful therapists and different type of therapy. I’m currently in therapy to help with my postpartum depression and couples therapy for my husband and I. They offer a lot of help, I’ve met with the MD of their office and she asked so many questions to see if medication was a good option for me. She was very thorough and helpful! Also while my therapist went on medical leave for 3 months, they provided me a temporary therapist for the time being so that I never missed out on having someone to talk to and give me advice. I have already recommended NEHS to some friends and family

After my therapist quit I waited months to be assigned someone new. I spoke with her and set up an appointment she said it would have to be by phone only. I missed the call because my father passed a day before and I knew it would be an appointment just to do virtual paperwork. She never reached out to me which was fine as we were busy planning his funeral and I planned on getting in touch when everything settled. Instead I received a letter that they would be dropping me due to one missed appointment. I will find therapy elsewhere. And although I liked my first therapist I often found her telling me a lot of her personal info and seeking advice and opinions from me.

Would NOT recommend. Cancelled an appointment in December, due to health issues. Called twice to reschedule no response then received a termination letter 60 days later. CLEARLY not a place that values one mental health.
