I have been trying to contact this company to stop sending me my daughter's incontinence supplies for almost a year now. The phone numbers are no longer in service. Supplies keep being shipped but they are the wrong size. Supplies are dropped shipped and they seem to always leave them when no one is home. Can not find out how to stop these deliveries.

I call to ask about a shower chair. The office hours online and on the sign at the building isn’t the same as what the representative stated. I asked for a specific weight limit on a shower chair, the lady didn’t read label and tried to give me something unsuitable. The same lady that takes your payments cannot issue a refund. Never again will I conduct business. Still awaiting the refund. If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would. Avoid shopping here even if you have insurance!!!

This has been the only company to help me get the supplies needed for my husband. He was in a Nursing home till this June. Medicade still shows him in the Nursing Home but the address is our home address that is on file. After alot of calls to Medicade.Stracton shipped the supplies to me in hopes Medicade would pay. Even though his account is coded Nursing Home.Medicade paid today!!!!!! Just like they said they would. Thank you Stracon for stepping up

Definitely do not recommend this place. Went there during business hours and the front door was locked so we went back to the car and called. A lady answered the phone and before I could say anything, she asked me to hold for just a moment. So I did... and I waited and waited and finally I hung up and tried again. The same lady answered and she was so rude and ugly to me. Obviously she didn't care if I went somewhere different to spend my money which is exactly what I did.

No one responds to voicemails or emails. A month and a half, multiple phone calls, emails, and three in person visit attempts later I’m still at square one and switching to a different company. Don’t waste your time.
