We did a private yoga class with Melissa for my sister’s bachelorette and had such an amazing time! The class was so calming and relaxing at the end of an eventful weekend, especially with the essential oils she incorporated. Melissa was a wonderful yoga instructor and so easy to work with while planning the weekend. We would love to come back another time!

I’ve been going to Calm Studio and seeing Melissa twice a week for one on one training since December 2022. The change in my body is amazing! Melissa is incredible at her job! Very educated and shares her knowledge. I feel ten years younger. Highly recommend!!!

For several years I’ve worked with Melissa for personal training and yoga instruction. I like the practical workouts focused on specific needs that can be repeated at home. Melissa is excellent at addressing individual issues such as injuries. I also enjoy Calm’s online Easy Yoga ,especially when we are away from Falmouth.

I recently joined Calm and Fit work-outs on line with Melissa. This is a recurring 5 week on-line program - 30 minutes per session. Melissa is a very experienced fitness coach and yoga instructor. She cares deeply for her students and shows this by giving modifications for the exercises. Thirty minutes 3 or 4 times a week is just right for me.

Great gentle yoga classes offered for folks of all ages and abilities. Custom personal training sessions offered in person or virtual! Melissa and Rachel are both kind and knowledgeable practitioners who believe in supporting their clients and meeting them where they are at. Studio also offers reiki and essential oils. Great vibes in the studio, highly recommend checking this place out!

I have been attending aromayoga classes at Calm Studio for the past few months. Melissa is very knowledgeable and generous in her instruction and use of essential oils. She always asks if anyone has anything that is bothering them or if there is anything they would like to incorporate into the practice. The studio is intimate and located just outside of Falmouth center,, making it very accessible. I highly recommend this studio and am actually planning a ladies' getaway weekend and have organized a private group class for me and my friends, really looking forward to that!

I found Melissa four years ago, and she has literally changed this old slug’s life! Her kind, mature, professional, and individual approach has truly given me a new lease on life. The studio is such a warm , calm and welcoming space. She even has this cynical, old dog doing some yoga! Go for it!
