My daughter and I have both been seen here and the experiences were great. All staff are very kind and courteous.Even when it was fairly busy the wait wasn't too bad and once I got in they were efficient and quick. I would highly recommend this urgent care when you aren't able to get in to see your pcp.

I had a period of time where my pediatrician was out on vacation and I was sick and vomiting til 4 am. So I called urgent the staff were amazing , I went alone as an 18 year old they made me feel safe and taken care of. They truly have the best staff and resources to give the best care .

Upon arrival at the new urgent care facility next to the hospital there was a sign on the door stating temporarily close we are at max capacity. You may wait if you wish.
So I decided to wait now nobody has left the facility. I wait 5 minutes along comes a young mother of 2 doesn’t read the closed sign and walks in. Wait another 10 minutes and still nobody has left the facility and along comes a couple more people/patients, does not read the closed sign and walks right in.
At this point I start getting annoyed by both the patients and the facility staff. Now I figure the staff just hangs the signs out when they first open and forget about it till the end of the days.

Not a good 1st impression on the new urgent care facility. Changes need to be made for it to work more efficiently.

My wife and I where just seen here walked right in got treated..there was no issues or signs no confusing lol this place ran very well...great staff🙂 with no changes to be made. as one mention. common sense need to be in order....if ever needed again we will return thanks again 🙂

I had a great experience. The staff are absolutely great! I checked in and went back and waited in my car and they called me 15 min later. I was in and out and expected what I had. Love this place.
