i've gone to this location for a bit less than 2 years. i guess you could say this is my fault for staying at this practice as long as i did after dealing with the issues i did.

this location has never been able to successfully send an electronic prescription to ANY pharmacy. cvs or walgreens, doesn't matter. i needed my medication refilled, and was told i needed to come in for an apt to to do that? so, i listen, take the time off from work, and go in.

i tell the doctor my issue with prescriptions and their location, and she just looks at me like i'm dumb and tells me that wont happen. so she gives me no physical script, and claims to send one to the pharmacy.

next day, i call the pharmacy and am put on hold for an hour just to be told nothing was sent.
i go back to the office to tell them this, they tell me i'm wrong and that they wont get me physical scripts because the doctor i saw the day prior wasnt in. the lady tells me im wrong, and that walgreens has to have my scripts. that she's calling now to prove i'm wrong. i wait 20 minutes while she goes back and forth, they tell her what they tell me and she gets off the phone.

this RUDE woman, wouldnt even apologize to me. she lied to my face and said she got the physical scripts signed for me JUST AS BACK UP, but they should be at walgreens shortly. they never were. i brought the physical scripts to cvs, problem solved.

i am leaving this doctors office and i HIGHLY reccomend not taking your health needs there. THEY CARE ABOUT NOTHING BUT MONEY. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

and to the extremely rude woman at the front, you should be ashamed. do your job better. told me i didnt need a signature for a prescription? idiot.

Avoid seeing Desire Kangsen wouldn’t give referral for obvious issues had to complain to the main office who referred me to another doctor and gave me the referral immediately and apologized for her behavior. Extremely unprofessional and told me multiple times to “just go to the er” which when I did all I was told was to follow up with my PCP (which was Desire) who did absolutely nothing. If you care about your health do not see this clown

My first visit today to CHC/Urgent Care on 165 Mill Street in a Leominster. Very heartfelt thanks and much gratitude to Nema at the Front Desk; Brianna the Medical Assistant; and Pinaman the PA. They were so caring and listened with empathy. I tested positive for the Flu and they were supportive and provided quality care in a clean environment. The wait period was very reasonable and I felt cared for in the best way possible. Thank you and stay healthy!

This location frequently cancels appointments and then won't renew prescriptions because it needs a new appointment. When I ask why my appointment was cancelled, it is always the same excuse that the doctor was out of the office. How about having enough staff that you have coverage? The front desk staff is also frequently unprofessional and will talk negatively about coworkers in front of patients in line waiting to check in. Double check your appointments because they will also book you out of the wrong office.

My husband visited the urgent care and saw provider Pinaman Gyimah-Affram. He said she was so very nice and made him feel like a human being, after being quickly dismissed by another urgent care elsewhere. She took the time to listen to him and explained what was going on with his medical condition.

We were transferred here after MOC bought and closed our lovely pediatricians office. First visit with our daughter I knew it was a no go. The waiting room for the pediatrician was the same waiting room as the urgent care. There was a needle disposal receptacle only feet away from where we sat waiting for our appointment. Which I believe it’s great for them to exist, just not in the same space that I need to bring my child into. There are very long wait times on the phone, and at times I’ve waited for 30 minutes on hold just for it to disconnect once the phone actually starts ringing. We are transferring our daughter to a different pediatrician ASAP.

When we arrive at the building's parking lot, there is a noticeable improvement in the structure and service. When we enter the clinic's doors, we are greeted by the attendants with a beautiful smile on their faces, the nurses collect basic information and everything with great affection. Primary doctors always pay attention to the smallest details, concerned with offering quality treatment. I would like to thank the team at the Clinic and the Dental office, it would be unfair if I gave a score lower than 10.
