Rosemary has always been very helpful getting all my paperwork in order and Maria Perez always been kind and welcoming when I have to get my labs done ..Outstanding professinalism and great care .

Been coming here for about 10 years now, the doctors and staff are all nice & helpful. From the moment you arrive the ladies at the front are always polite and welcoming (Maria & Rosemary). Not only do I come for myself but I also bring my 2 kids as well. They have a great pediatrician, Amanda Lee does such an awesome job every time they go to see her. They literally leave saying, “I love my doctor”. I must say I do recommend this clinic for your family.

Honestly, from the last 2 - 3 weeks that I have been speaking to this clinic, I honestly am disgusted the way they do their job. So I needed blood work done for my son in a different hospital. Of course, I called to get a refural done, and I did the appointment ect with them. My doctor told me that she would call the hospital and get in contact with the doctor of my son to verify what kind of blood work I need. I waited about 1 week to find out that they never contacted the hospital even tho phone numbers and names of doctors where given to my doctor to verify what blood work I needed to get done I called my sons hospital they end up telling me that they never received a calle from ACESS clinic for anything. I'm not sure what kind of game they are trying to play here but Honestly it's very unprofessional telling someone they will receive a call back with in the same day or next day and not receive anything and Honestly to the receptionist that say that the call dropped and never called back shame on you that's why you ask for a phone number to call back just incase anything happens never received a call back I had to drive to the office and clarify what had happened the lady ended up telling me the phone call dropped and that they can't do what I'm asking for witch was just a referral. Now I have to pay a $25 fee for an appointment and a doctor that was useless and a waist of my time. And shame on the doctor who told me to get in contact with the hospital after I had given her all the information of my sons doctor just so a week later I would have to get in contact with my sons hospital. Disappointing Honestly having to go around in circles knowing that doctors have a better standard of communication with in the field.

I have been coming here for the past 18 years & im 24 years old. My mom always brought me & my siblings to this clinic since I can remember. All the employees are the best. They are so caring & treat you with so much respect. Especially Rosemary, she is the best! Every time I ever need anything she is the go to person & she the sweetest! Me cancelaron la cita con la Dr. Alicia por no proporcionarles mi hubicacion, me dijeron que era requerida por mi seguro de salud, locual me comunique con ellos y me indicaron que no existia tal alegacion en mi poliza.

They canceled my appointment with Dr. Alicia because i didn't want to provide them with my location. They told me it was required in order to get coverage from my health insurance. I called my heath insurace and they told me that they do not require to know my location in order to get health coverage.

In February I managed to find this clinic, then you have very strange symptoms of fever, chest pain, diarrhea, digestive problems, etc. I managed to meet Dr. Rita, she was an excellent person, very attentive to my symptoms, she carried out all the necessary studies and managed to find a bacterium that had attacked my stomach. After 2 weeks of treatment, I was able to recover a large part of my health. The clinic staff is very respectful, understanding and professional.

Plaza MC has been my children's medical home for over 15 years. The providers and staff have always met our medical needs. They are great and friendly. Rosemary and Laura especially have been super helpful in answering any questions that I have had. This clinic is awesome in providing its community with its needs.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for the last 27 years, all I can say is that the doctors are very knowledgeable and friendly, they always have given me the time that I need.Their staff is just as friendly but I want to point out that Rosemary Pantoja has always gone above and beyond the call of duty with my family.
I also want to commend their leader Laura, I personally think that she’s been the best.
