It’s always someone with a very bad attitude at checkin. If you can’t be professional you should not work with the public. The lady that checked me in today was extremely rude as she put my ID and kids insurance cards on the counter as if I didn’t hand them to her in her hand. To top it off, she had the nerve to question my appointments. If it wasn’t going to work, the intake receptionist would have never made the appointments to begin with. Currently seeing both doctors she claimed was not possible

Front desk is effecient and helpful. The nurses and lab Techs are also wonderful. I'm thankful for Dr. Sandoval and his nurse. He is the best OBGYN I've been to. I've been back here many times and have had good experiences.

Wish I would’ve read the reviews before making an appointment with them. I arrive 15 minutes early to my appointment, which was scheduled at 5:45 didn’t get a room until 6:20 (there was no one in the waiting area) I ended up Sitting in a room for over 40 minutes while the nurses were sitting at a desk, chitchatting. I needed up getting up to leave and on my way out I passed the nurse station and seen the nurse who took my blood pressure and informed her I was leaving. She seemed the least bit interested .

Dr.Angel Leake is so amazing. She was my son's doctor at another clinic and was so passionate about his care. My son is a special needs person with many challenges. Dr. Leake communicates with him and I so precisely. When Dr.Leake left that office we followed her to the the Chicago Family Health Center. I became her patient and Dr. Leake has been amazing 🤩. Dr Leake follows up with me on all of my medical needs and discusses thoroughly medical needs and treatment. Dr Leake is concerned about my concerns and works with me for a positive outcome for me and DJ, my son. DJ is excited whenever he sees Dr. Leake as he express his excitement with "AMEN, AMEN" this let's me know that heis most comfortable with her examinations. Dr. Leake also has one of the most phenomenal assistant, Ms. Rosie Gutierrez. Ms.Gutierrez patient care is above extradiory. Coming to the doctor's office to meet with them reduces the anxiety. I thank GOD for their professional service and sincere attributes to our medical needs.
