This clinic is amazing I have been going there my entire life. Brenda is always very friendly and professional she makes you feel extremely comfortable and helps with any questions you have. I always struggled with getting blood drawn and she got it right on the first try.

I recently brought my one year old daughter to see Dr Metz. She was very patient and playful with her. Made her feel comfortable through the whole visit. Dr. Metz happily addressed all my concerns. Jess and Brenda were also very accommodating and helpful.

Dr. Tan, Brenda and Jessica have been the most helpful when it comes down to all the questions I need answered, they provide really good information and always do their best to give me the best care I need at my appointments🤍 I love this clinic so much! Everyone was really accommodating, my Dr. Christine is very interested in preventative care and did more tests than what I came in for. Brenda was very careful especially when drawing my blood.

Where do I start, well first of all my kids had some blood work done and nurses assured me they would call with test results and never did. I did check their result online and some of them were abnormal so I was extremely worried. Had to call them 3 times before I could speak to someone. I also messaged the pediatrician through the portal with no response. When I try to give my concern to the one of the nurse she just kept talking over me avoiding the question and concerns I had. ”You have to have a phone appointment in order to get your blood results”. Which I believe is a rip off. Second of all the pediatrician does not wash or use gloves to check your children, takes like 30 minutes just to find the patients and is not very well Groomed which is understandable since he is elder. Front desk is very nice and efficient.

I was provided with incredible service at ACCESS. My grandma was having lots of issues setting up her medical card, but with the help of Sandra she was able to sort that out. Not only that, she even helped my grandma set up her link card. We were very pleased with the help that we received, I would highly recommend this location.

I give 5 stars to excellent service from Sandra R. She helped me set up my appointment for a recurring issue I was having and helped me with my insurance. I was able to get the necessary testing and treatment. I will be recommending her to all my friends and family.
