Place has a virtual check in, staff was helpful, efficient and so professional!!! I walked in today in the late evening (7 pm) and was shocked that they were open late and that were so helpful!! They saw my child and performed all testing required to resolve our problem !! I am so glad this place is there !! Literally saving lives !! Filimon Ramos, PA-C and his team at that time were AMAZING !!!

I arrived at 9:00 p.m. without an appointment, experiencing a severe headache. The front desk staff attended to me kindly; all of them greeted me with a smile, which I greatly appreciated as it reflects their dedication to their work.​
The entire service was excellent. I did not have to wait long in the waiting area. The doctor provided outstanding care—he gave me his full attention, listened to me, and conducted the consultation in an exemplary manner. As I mentioned, he is an excellent doctor.​
This was my second visit to this Immediate Care, and once again, everything was excellent.  I would certainly recommend them Thank you very much to everyone.​

This review goes specifically to the team that walked us through the whole appointment starting from the MA who took us in. Didn’t catch her name but the patience she had with my son and how gentle she was will never be forgotten. I was uneasy taking my son in just because as a mom you’re always afraid of wrong diagnosis or worried that your child isn’t being revised well BUT all my hesitations went away when I saw how Johanna Pantoya Castillo, treated my son as she was checking him. My son is not stranger friendly so as soon as someone tries to touch him it’s a crying scene instantly and once she noticed that, she took the time to make my child comfortable first and than went on to checking him. (Thank you for the nursery sing along<3) To my surprise my son let her check him without a cry and that to me as a mom is GOLD. Huge thank you to the team who took care of my son, to me good treatment can’t go unnoticed!
