Dr. Hussein is great at explaining all the procedures he will perform. He speaks great Spanish and does a great job at making sure the patient is comfortable and aware of their wellbeing. On the other hand, Andrea in the front desk was very rude and you can tell off the first interaction that she had an attitude with all the patients. She packed her bags at around 3:55 while me and my father were still confirming appointment information for our next visit and she told us to speak with her coworkers as she had to leave. Andrea, please serve our community with more respect and professionalism. This is what Andrea’s desk looks like. If there are other available workers during your visit, I recommend you try and avoid service from Andrea.

Called to make an appointment as a new patient and the first person I talked to told me to check with my insurance company to make sure they were part of my network. After I confirmed with my insurance company that this hospital system is in my network, I called back to make an appointment. The second person I talked to was so rude, they just couldn’t believe that my insurance is based where my workplace is (I work remotely). Then they asked me to “hold on” and then redirected my call to the beginning of the phone menu. When I selected the appointments option a third time, no one picked up the phone. Are you trying to tell me that you think I’m trying to scam the hospital? Or that my insurance was lying to me? Doesn’t make sense….

Dr. Hussein, the OB/GYN was amazing! She was a great listener and the appointment did not feel rushed or invasive. Dealing with the new patient call line of CCH is quite literally a nightmare, but the receptionist at this facility that I interacted with in-person was very kind and was able to schedule a follow-up appointment at another clinic for an unrelated procedure that they don’t offer at this clinic. The medical assistant also retook my blood pressure because she could tell I was stressed during the first reading. Overall, felt very comfortable and cared about as a patient by the practitioners at this location. I also didn’t have to wait very long in the waiting room or the exam room. Would recommend Dr. Hussein to anyone looking for a new women’s health doctor!

Had my WIC appointment here and I just want to compliment the staff! As a first time mom and growing family, the staff makes the process so easy, they offer helpful tips and they feel apart of your family. They even have toys for the kids while waiting if needed.

I started going to this health clinic in Cicero and continued with them after their relocation to North Riverside. I have been blessed with having Dr. Andoblo as my primary doctor for many years now, she is definitely one of the best doctors I have known. Also, EVERYONE I have had contact with at this office has acted in a professional manner. Just the other day, two ladies in the front reception area DALIA and CONNIE, both showed me kindness and extra patience by answering all of my questions and helping me with my many concerns regarding starting over with a new health insurance. I am extremely thankful for them. To those of you who have written unfavorable reviews, I am wondering what sort of attitude you had towards them. Treating others with kindness and respect is usually reciprocated. I have NO complaints during the ten years I have been coming here- only positive! They definitely earned a 5 star rating and more.

The receptionists are rude, very judgmental and unprofessional when it comes to helping and taking care of their clients. You guys are the face of the company and if that’s how I’m going to treated I be going somewhere else. But besides that the doctor I had is nice and professional, it’s a shame but I’m going to switch clinics and doctors after my last visit because of the rude staff (receptionists). Highly never recommend to anyone. Unless you want to be judged and treated poorly.

If I was able to give no stars I would. This clinic has been avoiding me. They never answer their calls. I came in for blood work, and I’ve been asking for my results because I’m having surgery soon. They won’t give me them. I never thought asking for your own results would be this complicated. Do not recommend!!
